One of the things I love about working at #americanleadershipacademyironwood Is I get to work with my kiddos. Also the fact that I can cool things like dress up on a regular day. I get to live vicariously through them and still #act like a #kid and just be #weird if I want. My daughter Nalani looks forward to it. They also are still at a place where they don't mind mom being a mom and taking pictures of them.Soon enough they will be #teens and all that #drama starts up again. For now she is #betsyross and I am #clarabarton and #santana is just cute Santana as always. #centuryday

I have a #QUESTION FOR Y'ALL! #instagramers ! So I've only been on here a few months, I'd never been on anything but crappy fb lol! So, my question is this! How does the #follow thing work exactly? Because every day, I'm #gainingfollowers right? And #ifollow ! So when I go on my #instagram , like after I hit about 1165 followers, it's like Instagram just automatically, without my doing, stops me from who I'm following? HUH?? So I follow again, but it's been a #continuous thing! And not to mention, since I got that # of followers, even though every single day I keep getting a lot of new followers, my followers just keep going down, disappearing? Literally. Whaaa? Now, I'm totally not concerned nor care about getting a load of followers at all, but this is a mystery that I find so sooo #bizarre ! Does anyone have some sort of #logical#explanation ? If you do, #comment so I can stop being #baffled Lol! So #weird right?.. #Thanksinadvance !!
Ok. I’d like to describe Day 3/80’s workouts as... suck fest. 😂. It was 40 minutes of HIIT training but it involved a lot of core. And it wasn’t this lie down on your back and do sit-ups or crunches stuff either. It was these plank crunch things from Hell! 🔥😳. Today’s workout felt like some kind of Spartan workout, mixed with wrestling practice from my high school days.
Either way, I can’t honestly say I crushed today’s workout, as I paused a few times to catch my non smoker, (But I felt like a smoker today) breath. And talk about not only a killer core workout but a killer shoulder workout too!
