California Shrimp Stacks
1 1/3 cup cooked brown rice
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
8 ounces cooked shrimp, peeled & tail removed
1 cup diced cucumber & carrots
1/2 cup mashed avocado

When you see this photo- you would think I like yogurt right?
Nope. It's a...work in progress. Basically I'm just trying to not eat Frosted Flakes for "breakfast" every day because I know that's probably not good for me. It's 100% good for my soul though, and that's why I black out in the grocery store and buy a box. My soul leads me.
But- I did learn that if you add some fruit and a lot of honey, yogurt is actually pretty damn good. Nope I don't have a sweet tooth....at all.
And I feel like that's kind of the story to life: you may not like a certain workout style, you may not like a certain diet and that's normal. It would be weird if we all liked the same things. There'd be like billions of tiny clones just walking around earth like zombies 😂. But if you add your own flare to it, if you try a different workout style or a different diet you may find YOUR perfect fit. So this is your Wednesday wisdom to find what works for you, and to not lose hope if you haven't found your thing yet. Maybe you just need to add a little honey, maybe maple syrup. The world is your oyster.

I moved to a new city yesterday, and I start a nee job tomorrow. I haven't been making the best choices, but I'm back on schedule. Not too hungry tonight. Roasted chicken and cabbage for dinner. #prayweighslay
Whenever I'm sick, all I can think about is fresh chamomile tea. 🍵 My mom used to make it for me whenever I was sick when I was little, with chamomile from our back yard, a little honey and some milk for sweetness.
