When you're feeling stressed out and thinking about a problem, remember that thinking any harder doesn't help you see, it's a distraction. Take your foot off the gas, the answer will come to ya. We're not good at solving problems you see? Not when we're stressed. The answer always finds you, when you give up and your mind has a chance to clear. Like that time you tried to remember the name of that actress who was in that thing.. The answer fell in your lap when you stopped looking. So maybe the answer is, just chill.? Take your foot off the gas. A problem doesn't always look like a problem when you have some perspective. You will be all good. Every time you have ever gone through some shit you have made it though 100% of the time, and that is a pretty bloody good track record if you ask me.

This may be obvious to some, but it’s so true and so important to remember. It can be easy to get caught up in the social media bubble and think you should be/look/act a certain way from what we scroll through and expose ourselves to (which really is all subconscious pressure). NO one is perfect and not everything you see is the real story. What a dull world it would be if we all looked, thought and acted the same way? Be your unique self ❤️ + don’t worry about what anyone else is doing, we’re all in the same boat figuring it out✌🏻

Affirm: Today I will not stress over things I can't control.
I commit to releasing all fears, all worries, and notions that keep me in a mental bind.
There are things I just cannot control,
And I will learn to recognise them
And totally let go.
I may not understand why certain things are happening to me right now,
But I do affirm that there is a higher plan.
