Day 4. Even though im@only four days in my body is getting use to the routine. As tomorrow is my last day of the challenge I will take this in.
1. I'm starting to get more flexible. What helps is the stretching in the beginning but also stretching at the end.
2. It's giving me more energy
3. Even though this wasn't enough time to see a huge difference , I know if I continue to do it, and adding a good diet and adding cardio with it I can see a change in a few months.
I think I'm going to take this as a motivation for myself to not give up.
4. Believing I can do it even if I don't feel it, not giving up helps.
I do see a difference in my booty and my stomach is starting to do something just not enough to truly notice. Again it's only been 6 days since I've started I wish I had done 2 weeks of it but was sick for a whole week. I'll continue to update on my weight, hopefully I can continue to self motivate myself , and continue towards my goal. I don't like the phrase "cheat meal" because in my mind it's not a CHEAT. It's far from that. It's fracking deLISH. Cheat has a bad connotation to it in my mind. I prefer to call it balance, life, or simply gelato. 💁🏻🤤😍🤷🏻♀️💋

Vai uma Pizza Low Carb de Frango com Catupiry (de Frigideira) ? 🍕🤤🔝
Segue a receitinha rápida e fácil de fazer 👇🏻
Vai precisar de:
•2CS cheia de farinha de amêndoas(ou qualquer oleaginosa);
•Requeijão tipo Catupiry;
•4CS de frango desfiado;
•Tempeiros e sal a gosto;
Bata os ovos com um garfo, coloque o sal e adiciona a farinha de amêndoas, depois vem o PULO DO 😺, adicione uma Csob de ->páprica defumada <- faz TODA a diferença.. coloque também lemon pepper, por que tem Pimenta nele e da aquele gostinho que muita gente gosta!(Olha o stories que eu tô mostrando os temperos, você não vai querer ficar sem).
Unte a frigideira com azeite e despeje a mistura em fogo baixo, depois de alguns minutinhos coloque o requeijão cremoso e em seguida o frango desfiado, tampe e espere esquentar o frango, E voílaaaaaa!
