Ive been working on my swing 540 from a week and today I was constantly trying this move for more than a hour and was really frustrated and tired that I couldn't catch it . I was just about to give up on it as my hands were hurting like hell but then my bro @sthenos_97 played this song . The vibe of this song is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 (As it reminds me of my idol @eryc_ortiz )
So I had to do it.

Here are some tips to help you get that Toes to bar (TTB) leg raise if you’re working on it.
First tip the slower the better, try to avoid using momentum if possible.
First clip- normal hanging knee raise. Bring your knees as high as you can without momentum and lower back down slowly.
Second clip- hanging knee raise but now at the top of the knee raise extend the knee which will take you to L-sit hang and then a slow eccentric lower. Engage quads, glutes, and point toes once in hanging L-sit.
Third clip- hanging leg raise to L-sit. This is the bottom half of the full TTB potion.
Fourth clip- hanging L-sit then bring your toes to the bar and then back to L-sit working on the top half of the TTB motion.
Fifth clip- full Toes to Bar leg raise or TTB. Notice before the motion I’m in a hollow body. This means my glutes/butt is engaged, my quads are engaged, posterior pelvic tilt or hips forward and toes pointed. Think of your waste down as one unit you’re moving.. This is Pt.1 to some tips that can help you get that muscle up if you desire to.
First clip- pull your chest to the bar or higher in your pull up, this will help with your overall pull strength for the muscle up.
Second clip- a momentum knee raise. I created that forward momentum swing before doing the knee raise.
Third clip- straight bar dips to help you with finishing the pushing movement at the top of the muscle up after the momentum pull and transition to push.
