Top Shot: Winter in the City | Photograph by Navid Baraty (@navidbaraty)
"There’s nothing quite like walking around Manhattan during the holiday season as the snow falls,” writes Your Shot photographer Navid Baraty. As a photographer, Navid has shared many images of street views on Your Shot as he is always trying to find a unique perspective. “Great moment Navid,” writes Your Shot Producer Matt Adams (@themattadams), who selected this image for the December 11, 2017 Daily Dozen. “The bright orange light of the crosswalk signal grabbed my eye right away. This scene has some great elements to it. First, the snow flurries falling around the city and the gray tones mixing in well with the colors of the brake lights from the cars. Great work composing this image as well.”

That awkward moment when you don’t want a kiss 😒😆
O an kendimi o dönemde yaşıyormuş gibi hissettim.
🇬🇧Petra's along with Nabateans' history extend all the way to 400 BC. It was the Capital back then. But oh such a glorious capital at which rocks are carved to form this magnificent work. Oh boy those colors! Yellow, red, pink and orange all together. Hence also the name Rose City. In order to reach to this beauty you need to pass through a magnificent passage between cliffs as high as 180m. When I was passing this passage I felt as if I was living at that time for a brief moment. This place which is selected to the UNESCO World Heritage list was also selected as one of the "Seven Wonders of the World" in 2007.
Built for this kind of weather 🐻☃️
A throwback of Finn just because I wanted to see some snow pics in my gallery. This poor bear has missed having a true snowfall the past two winters. Let’s hope he gets something good this year ❄️🤞🏼
Spent the weekend embracing the unknown in Yosemite on a mission to look for new perspectives, and it really couldn't have gone any better! With our time quickly evaporating into the afternoon light, I spotted an outcropping between the trees and made a b-line to check it out. When I emerged from the trees, it was unlike anything I'd ever seen before in Yosemite. And from that moment, I knew I had found what I was looking for.
The Beagle Channel is a strait in Tierra del Fuego Archipelago on the extreme southern tip of South America - partly in Chile and partly in Argentina. During our sunset cruise we were lucky to see some seals in front of the beautiful lighthouse. Views I won't forget! How many seals can you count? 🇦🇷 #visitargentina#argentina
Well I thought I would finish my High Country Victoria posts off with a bang, from that first lighting storm over Falls Creek. Thanks so much for having me out guys and I can’t wait to come back. This was shot on my Olympus E-M1 Mark II using Live Composite mode. 🌩⚡️😍 @SeeHighCountry #SeeHighCountry

Time for that last beer with the Bordelais! We drove up to Kolob Reservoir for this. No plan changing this time, I had to be back in LA during the night to catch a plane back to France. Smells like the end, but still got 8 hours of driving and some pinned areas on the map 🗺
entering Tanjung Puting at night, “there would be nothing to see and nothing to take”, or so I thought! 😯 it turned out to be the most magical, mysterious thing ✨ @VisitTanjungPuting #VisitTanjungPuting#TanjungPutingFamTrip2017
