The last couple of weeks squats haven't been feeling great but today I hit 197.5kg for a double comfortably.
Openers sorted now to rest, stay mobile and give it my best on the day

Im injured and wallowing in self pity however my girlfriend @chrissie.ellen did fucking awesome tonight, 10kg up from last week with her 5x5 with 65kg and then a single with 80kg. Technique is borderline getting compromised with pushing the weight up every session doing multiple Squat, bench and deadlift sessions a week so will drop the weights down and build back up. Shes making unreal progress in a short space of time, weighing 54kg currently
