Going hard 💪🏼 on the core training and I wanna drop 10lbs to get ready for our Trinity Alumni Volleyball 🏐 tournament in May. Wanna be in less pain this time around after the tournament 😂 Let's show these young alumnus how it's done!

@smith.julian is a savage today for this hamstring volume workout. This was the last set for stiff leg deads. Prior to this set the reps were 30,25,20, and this was 15. This was also the first workout of the day. Really setting the tone for the whole workout.
Time to reboot and refresh.

What I eat to help curb my cravings😊😝 I have the biggest sweet tooth so most of my go-tos are more on the sweet side. Hopefully this will help or give someone new ideas to prevent binging on candy like I would😬☺️
Rope face pull, something I didn't like initially but have learned to embrace it through the effects it has on your upper back! Traps and shoulders working hard, with some bicep and forearm activation happening too. My back was already in good shape last October, and with enough of these, it'll be a back like no other when I take the stage next time!
