Gleich gehts in die wohlverdiente Mittagspause mit den Kollegen. Bei uns in der Kantine gibt es schon gesunde Sachen, aber die sind sehr oft ziemlich teuer. Darum nehme ich meistens selbst etwas mit.
Heute gibt es den Quinoa Kuchen von @fitnessanni. Ich bin schon ganz gespannt wie er schmeckt.
Wollt ihr diesen Kuchen diese Woche auch zum Mittagessen verputzen? Hier das #rezept :
✔50 g roher Quinoa
✔200g weich gekochter Brokkoli
✔200 g Hüttenkäse light
✔Kräuter ▶️Koche den Quinoa und mische den Brokkoli und den Hüttenkläse. Mit Kräutern abschmecken und in eine Springform (16 cm) geben. Alles für 20 Minuten bei 160°C in den Backofen. Wie gesagt ich esse den Kuchen heute kalt, aber er ist sicher auch warm super lecker.

✔200 g cottage cheese light
✔Kruiden ▶️Kook de quinoa en meng het met de broccoli en de cottage cheese. Breng het met kruiden op smaak en vul het in een springvorm (16 cm). Bak het bij 160°C ongeveer 20 minuten.

So I've gone a little matcha cray 😆 at the moment! It all started with the matcha latte, 🍵then the matcha clay mask & now the @fit_mixes matcha cheesecake protein ball mix 🍡 that has been staring at me on the health food store shelf for months! I'm sooo glad that I finally gave in because they're the most DELICIOUS protein balls that I've ever eaten. They actually do taste like matcha AND cheesecake even though they're dairy free. Howww did you do this??? ☺️They're definitely going to be one of my new go to snacks from now on.
I usually make my own balls, however I can easily go overboard with my fat consumption. This way I know exactly how many fats I'm getting per ball. Plus, it will stop me from buying snacks while I'm out.
Confession: I actually put aside two balls as part of today's snack but was too excited when I woke up this morning & all I could think was MATCHA CHEESECAKE 😳 so naturally, I went straight for fridge 🏃🏼♀️& inhaled them both! ... well done, Vanessa! 👏🏽 Lucky I had a backup plan. 😂

Myself and @stephmcnally86 were discussing sass on the gram yesterday, and how we get our bodies out willynilly, but IRL we're like - 'omg don't look at me' 😂.
I like to think I'm fairly confident and comfortable in my bod - but I think it's a totally normal gal thing to feel self conscious and worry sometimes...
I also realised yesterday why 99.9% of my photos are in my undies... I wear the same stuff to train in as I did 3/4 years ago 😂. I don't ever feel particularly sass in my training stuffs, because, well, my old faithful faded USA pro black leggings with holes in that I basically live in - don't really make for a nice picture 🤷🏻♀️😂 I know a lot of my friends love their sass gym wear, but it's just something I've never really invested in 🙈 These joggers cost me £12.99 and they shall be my 'fancy' joggers for the next 1-3 months. @hm how you make your basics so soft and comfy ??
But yeah, anyway, not really much point to this post, other than I will be dressed as above for the majority of the day working from home before training later...
ALSO, I know I keep banging on like a cringy insta fitness girl wannabe on my story about getting an amazing pump from my new preworkout... BUT, this is a girl that for a long time, the only real pump she was getting in her muscles was anxiety related - so to have an actual training related/blood is flowing/I feel good gym pump, with no anxiety symptoms thrown into the mix, is kinda a big deal 💕✨💪🏼
