I have been working my way back into things these days. Trying to get a routine going again as I gain endurance back from the cold that knocked me flat. Well today was a pop pilates video day. Husband walked in on me doing this one. Should be noted that he is fairly in shape (military man that maxes his PT tests) and is pretty active. Well he watched me do the first exercise on this one and said "how the heck are you doing that!?" I guess I never thought of these moves from anyone else's perspective. But doing them with the timing for 2 minutes...its a little nuts. Well it made me feel good that it took awhile for my abs to feel smoked since my husband said he couldn't make it through the first move.

So basically...remember that this is a journey. Everyone is on their own path with it. Some find things more difficult than others. But to an outsider looking in, you are doing crazy things. Keep it up!

Super simple, yet insanely effective reverse latter circuit- seriously, about halfway through I thought my arms were going to fall off:
Grab a pair of light dumbbells.
Complete:
🔹6 front raises
🔹6 lateral raises 🔹6 reverse flies 
Then go right into 5 of each, then 4, so on until you finally finish at 1 of each!  Rest for a minute and repeat. RIP shoulders 🔥🔥save this one for later!

Nao costumo fazer cardio, é uma coisa que detesto e quase morro só de ouvir essa palavra😓😂. Mas iniciei o bulking, e so estou a aumentar a banha, logo vou colocar cardio de 25m 2vezes por semana. Vamos lá ver.😉
Este é o exercício que faço para abdominal oblíquo. Se faço outro? Posso trocar ele pelos halteres mas é muito raro mesmo.
No meu treino de abs Só faço 3 exercícios , um para oblíquo, outro para inferior e  um para superior.

Just taught my favorite HIIT class, love getting people results in 30 minutes with focused, intense movements that use only your body weight as equipment! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Then stayed and completed a few core exercises. 
Here’s one of my favorites. Hold a medicine ball above your chest with straight arms. Bring your legs into an upright pike position then s-l-o-w-l-y (
Key word here is SLOWLY!!! ) lower your legs until the heels of your feet are an inch from the ground. Then slowly raise your legs to upright pike position. Repeat. 
I did 5 sets of 20 with a 30 sec rest in between each set. Lower abdomen is on fire!! 🔥 
Are you a beginner, no worries, try the exercise without the medicine ball until you build strength in those muscles. When it starts to feel comfortable, you are ready to add weight! 👍🏻 Let me know if you try the move and how many sets were able to complete!

This week we’ll be working on ✨CONSCIOUS✨ dissociation of legs from the trunk with a NEUTRAL spine and pelvis while on a unstable surface AKA PILATES REFORMER… We’ll work on slow and controlled movements (which if you pay 👀 attention 👀 to the video I lost at the end) 
I was playing on the Reformer with one 🔵 spring which means more core control than legs and arms strength
