Today’s Frutta Facts are all about the pineapple! Pineapples are high in beta carotene which has been shown to decrease risk of eye degeneration and help prevent the development of asthma. Bromelin, an enzyme found in pineapples, helps with healing and inflammation. And the fiber, potassium, and vitamin C content in pineapple all support heart health. You can have pineapple as a topping on any of our bowls or you can add it to one of our delicious smoothies!

Been a while between acai bowls and my body was seriously craving one today 🤤🥣🍇 this is my ALL TIME favourite breakfast - the thick and creamy texture of the acai, super crunchy granola, PB and fresh, seasonal summer fruit makes it a combo hard to beat 🤗🍓🍌 acai is not only delicious, but is the berry with the highest antioxidants and is full of fibre and healthy fats 🙌🏼😍 to make this bowl I just add 1 packet of @purplefoods frozen acai purée, 1 frozen banana, 1tbsp of @picspeanutbutter and a dash of @purecocobella coconut water to my blender 🥥💦🥜🍌 today I topped with @calypsomangoes, strawbs, passion fruit, more PB and @loving_earth cacao buckinis 😋🍓🍫 what’s your favourite acai bowl combo?
