12 WEEK💫TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY
After a summer of being ho-hum about workouts, kinda needing a break from BBG and wanting something fresh to motivate me, I decided to try a new guide from @lovesweatfitness 💕 It’s been a little over 12 weeks and I love it! The guide is easy to use, has a similar yet different vibe than BBG and most importantly, it gave me that new workout routine high! 😅 You know what I mean!? 💁🏼♀️ Plus since I workout from my RV while traveling, I can do it anywhere! 🙌🏼 I’m planning on starting again on 1/1 if anyone wants to join me! 💪🏼 Until then I’m running and doing yoga and bits and pieces of the guide... oh and resting 🎅🏼🎄Link to the LSF guide is in my bio 😘

If you know me you know I am obsessed with avocado and toast. I could definitely have this for breakfast everyday, anyone else? 🙋🏼♀️ I used to cut the avocado perfectly and place in on my toast as pretty as could be but most recently I’ve been smashing my avocado with lemon, salt and pepper and a pinch of cayenne on top. // What’s your favourite avocado combo? 🥑👇🏼
Most people don’t work hard enough on their back muscles because, out of sight and out of mind - But your back muscles are designed to be stronger muscles than your mirror muscles - That’s because they are responsible for most of your athletic movement and is the foundation of muscles that sculpt your posture. .
They are really fucking important.

Funny Fact: Sometimes I️ sneak out of my house to go to the gym while my husbands sleeping😴🤫✌️🚙💨😂cuz he says I go way too hard & need to take it easy sometimes....& he’s actually kinda right.😔🤦🏻♀️ He’s the one that has to watch me limping around, laying in pain & constantly icing my knee. But then I’m like “No, I’m ok”😬
It’s been a challenge for me to accept restraint & heart breaking to realize there are certain things I just can’t do anymore but that’s OK...cuz there’s so much I can still do & will do. I’m gonna continue to get strong & work through it! •
I have to be wise tho & take care of my body so it doesn’t give out on me completely.
That’s why today I️ will be doing a private “rehab style” session with the amazing coach @bodygoals_re so she can educate me on therapeutic exercises to help my knee condition. Let’s Go baby!!💪😄

Day 14, #OCRBeastChallenge — 3:10 total dead hang. First up was 1:30 straight hang, followed by 0:40 of towel hangs broken up into several segments because towel hangs are hard for me. I finished with 1:00 of grip changes. Video says it best, but this really is an awesome challenge and it’s improving my (terrible) grip! 😁💪 Thanks @ocrbeast.co for running it and @metal_injected_heart for taggin’ me!
TODAY IS THE DAY!! — the day I have been waiting for!! Today is the launch of the next workout program I am going to commit myself to for the beginning of 2018. I have hit a plateau - and I’m ready for results! 80 days - it will be the hardest of my life I can imagine, but also the best! I am going to push my body to new limits, I am going to commit to timed nutrition (still getting to choose the foods I love💁🏼♀️). I am so excited for the women who are committing with me to see what this new program will do for us all - do YOU want to try something NEW? Do you need a change? Lord knows life is not always easy or fair for any of us and we each go through seasons in life with ups and downs.
Trust be when I say I’ve been through my fair share of hard times.
-Death of a spouse at age 30🔹miscarrying a baby six weeks after his funeral🔹struggling with infertility issues with my amazing husband just a few years ago🔹going through two grueling rounds of failed IVF’s to be told being a Mom wasn’t in the cards for me. I swear I don’t live in a soap opera, just real life.
I’m for sure not going to lie and sugar coat it and say I wish these times would of never of happened. Really, who wants to go through all of that? Pretty sure nobody.
I’m also not going to sit here and say that each of those times were not the most difficult times of my life, because they each were! .
I still don’t understand the hows and why’s to all of it. I never will, and honestly stopped trying. What I do know and will say is that they were the cards in life I was given, it’s my story no matter how far away I thought my life would be when I had it all “planned” out at 18. .
I can also 100% tell you with a very full and blessed happy heart that if I would of not gone through each and every one of those things I would not be who I am today. I learned so much about myself going through those challenges. Things I’m willing to wager I would of never figured out had I not.
So I guess what I’m trying to say is that life throws you challenges. Challenges you probably never knew you could get through or learn from, but guess what you can and you will be a better person because of it!
