Hi friends ❤️ Just a little reminder for you all before the weekend #loveyourself stolen from the beautiful @leakygut | Have been quite absent lately due to a tortuous exam period but I’m hoping to get my groove back and start sharing again! My adrenals have totally had it with stress so today I’ve needed all the rest I can get before my yoga teacher training starts this weekend in Byron. Resting feels so foreign to me, not too sure what to do with myself aside from migrating from couch to bed to chair and back to couch 😂 next up is Netflix! Hope you’re all having a wonderful day. S x
my latest post is a must read for those women who just don’t get whats going on with their hormones 🤷🏼♀️
lots of buzz words are out there: adrenal fatigue, estrogen dominance, cortisol, thyroid hormone, etc! it can be overwhelming, especially if your hormones are out of wack, given that feeling overwhelmed is a symptom of hormonal imbalance! 🤦🏼♀️
i break down very clearly and simply the connection between the hormones of the ovaries, thyroid and the adrenals in my latest post 👏🏼
ladies, educate yourself on your body and build your body awareness! click the link in my profile 👉🏼
Can you feel it? That gentle female pull energy as opposed to the masculine push of earlier this year?
Sometimes the balance is subtle but lots of energy is releasing lately as we prepare to end the calendar year.
Channel your #goddessenergy in, to ride the rest out with ease.
If you have spent time pushing, now is time to rest, breathe and balance.
Particularly #sacralchakra which balances creativity, relationships, sexual and sensual energies and your #adrenalhealth
Rest Beautiful and choose the ease of the flow.
I must be the queen at multi tasking 👸... it's terrible and I feel drained at the end of most days from all the juggling 🤹♂️ and trying to get everything in but I think it's something so many of us women are guilty of.... I'm not the first and definitely won't be the last....
But I also know that if I don't take care of myself and my battery drains nothing will happen and it will be counterproductive ... little things like having lunch and making time to eat is replenishing and good food is recharging. If you are stressed out and you skip a meal your increasing your cortisol levels - which are already potentially high if your stressed out and running on empty, even though it might save some time won't help you in the long or short run. ...
Sleeping 8 hours a night, eating regularly and doing some sort of restorative exercise (yoga, walking or Pilates) are simple things I do to manage my stress and take care of my adrenals. It helps keep my battery charged. So many of us skip meals in order to be efficient and save time. Your body then has to compensate for this and it stresses your adrenals further .... I guess my message is stop - breath - refuel - you will feel better for it at the end of the day.
Managed to pick up a selection of salads from @bread in Temple Fortune which has THE best selection of salads .... ....
Coffee is an amazing thing. Especially good quality, organic coffee. I genuinely enjoy the taste of a nice coffee. But I’m also a Type A personality, got a history of gut issues, neurotransmitter imbalance, and adrenal fatigue. So, with that said, I’m taking a break from coffee at the moment. Why? Because:
1)I’ve become very desensitised to it’s amazing neurotrophic effects (coffee in small amounts is an excellent aid for mental focus).
2)the last month and a half have been very stressful on my physiological and psychological state. My stress hormones were already doing enough damage on their own, thank you very much 😩.
3)my belly became extremely bloated from all the excess cortisol.
4)instead of feeling invigorated by coffee, it was just making me irritable and very tired when the caffeine would wear off.
If you desperately need coffee all the time to be able to focus, do your work, start your day, workout, etc, then your body may be telling you to lay off for a while. For how long? As long as it takes for you to be able to wake up and do all those coffee-dependent things, gently and naturally. That’s usually the sign that your adrenals are balancing out again.
What to drink instead? Lots of organic teas. Black tea, green tea, peppermint, chamomile, rooibos, oolong, spearmint, ginger, whatever takes your fancy. The thing about naturally caffeinated teas is, they have the neurotrophic effects minus the spike in stress hormones. In fact, they contain the calming amino acid L-Theanine, so it’s actually way better for getting tasks done, without damaging your adrenals.
Why is it important for us to have balanced adrenals? Well, if you want to lose fat, sleep better, have better mental health, more energy, digest and poop better, your adrenals need to be working properly.
Coffee is a wonderful thing, just don’t abuse it. Especially, if you’re a stresshead or just have sensitive health.
Been off coffee and all other caffeine for about a week and a half now 😱 The first day was deadly but after that it wasn't so bad! My energy levels are way more consistent, no more crashing & and I have a sound sleep! My weight loss has also been progressing since I cut out caffeine & started this supplement! 😱 My mornings now start off with some decaf coffee or herbal tea & some @atp_labs #Adrenergik which helps to naturally restore your adrenals, reduce stress & give you natural energy! If you are experiencing some of these symptoms you too may need to go on an adrenal cleanse & cut back on the caffeine:
☕️ Difficulty waking up in the morning.
☕️ Do you need that cup of coffee to get going in the morning?
☕️ Craving snacks throughout the day
☕️ An afternoon crash in energy
☕️ Do you get really tired in the evening but then a surge of energy before bed & can't sleep?
☕️ Do you get stressed out easily?
☕️ Frequent colds
You Do You. Today and everyday. As many of you visit with friends and family today, keep in mind that “no” is a complete sentence. You don’t need to feel obligated to “try a little”. You don’t need to feel obligated to have “one small slice”. You don’t need to feel obligated to explain “why you eat like that”. Feel free to borrow my sentence “I’ll do me, you do you.” And then keep doing you because you are awesome. #thanksgiving

This is how many calories I should be eating on a day when I do NOTHING. Like sleep/lay on the couch for 10 hours and then sitting/working/maybe some cooking for the remaining 14 hours. No walking the dog, no workouts. Which pretty much NEVER happens. So I should be eating 2000 calories/day FOR SURE. But how often do I get this? Like NEVER. Unless I go out to eat maybe. The reality is, I tend to under eat if I don't keep track of what I am eating.
So right now I have been tracking my calories every so often just to make sure I am EATING ENOUGH. How timely since Thanksgiving is tomorrow!! And eating enough calories to maintain your activity level is incredibly important when it comes to maintaining/reaching a healthy weight as well as achieving balanced hormones and regular periods. Have you ever looked at how many calories you should be eating? And did it surprise you? Let me know! #foodismedicine#foodisfuel
It’s that time of the year when all of our stressors seem to magnify in intensity. All of the pressures of keeping up, entertaining guests and eating combine to overload our already fragile nervous systems.
🇬🇧 (See post "Project Hack sleep"). I have had a blueblocker app installed in my mobile since March and I'm never going back! The original light is so strong that turning off the filter by misstake makes me uncomfortable. Although I haven't observed any obvious improvements I know that the filter has an indirect, longterm effect. Minimising blue light supports a healthy circadian rhythm, which is crucial for sleep and stress control.
I love this simple, sweet AIP treat. Thanks to #theautoimmunepaleocookbook , I have made these treats several times. The recipe makes 12 cookies which is a perfect amount. I only eat one at a time ( #needsomuchcontrol ) because they are just the right amount of sweetness. I decided to whip up a few (seriously, 30 minutes start to finish) for Thanksgiving 🦃🍁. Link in bio to the cookbook.
Hydration hack! Salted water can help your body hydrate and give your tired adrenals a break, specifically if you drink it first thing in the morning. I have been preparing my water the night before so that I don't absent mindedly start my day with coffee before water. Now I sip it while I do my morning meditation/yoga...who am I even?!
💦We all know by now that hydration is a key part of wellness. Interestingly, if the body’s water content drops by as little as 2%, it will cause fatigue. But just drinking fluid doesn't = hydration. In fact, some fluids (coffee, ahem) actually dehydrate your body. Even just drinking water doesn't = hydration. Water depends on electrolytes for proper absorption. If you're a bit out of balance, you may be drinking a ton of water without actually hydrating.
💦Try adding some lemon juice and salt to your water first thing in the morning. Your body is dehydrated after working all night (digesting, repairing, detoxing) and starting the day with a hydrating drink is so key! If you have adrenal issues this cocktail can also lighten the load on your adrenals. Our body wants to get up and going when we wake up, so it calls on the adrenals to produce adrenaline, which is their job, but if they are already growing weary you can give them a helping hand by using this salted water to help raise your blood pressure and get things pumping in the AM.
💦I have seen multiple trusted sources recommend ALL types of salt, so use what you are comfortable with. I use Himalayan pink salt for the trace minerals (potassium, magnesium, calcium) and the purity, but I have also seen folks argue that even table salt is good because it is fortified with iodine. Use whatever you feel good about!
💦Here's what I'm doing if you want to give it a try:
💦about 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
💦squeeze a wedge of lemon
💦fill at least 16 oz of water
💦let sit over night so its ready for you in the AM and it is room temperature, which is easiest for digestion
💦zip off to a happy and hydrated day!🌞😬
These are delicious! Pumpkin pie bites 💕
1/2 cup of tigernut flour(prebiotic)
1/2 collagen(great for gut healing)
6 soft pitted dates(fiber)
2 tablespoons of pumpkin
1 teaspoon or more of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup of coconut oil(healthy fats and great source of Lauric acid)
Blend in a food processor and roll into balls. If it's too sticky put in the fridge for 40 min and then roll them out. Perfect healthy snack 👍
Our lovely yogi friend Bess and co-owner of @creature.yoga, has shared with us her favourite Immune Potion, recently featured in @byronbazaar. She's used our reishi and he shou wu which both act as an immune boosting tonic and adrenal support. We've listed @bessyyoga's recipe below! ✨
IMMUNE BOOSTING TONIC RECIPE:
Ingredients: - SuperFeast reishi
- SuperFeast he shou wu
- Coffee or dandelion tea
- Grass-fed organic butter (1/2 tsp)
- Honey (as desired)
- Milk of choice
1. Brew tea/coffee as normal and add to blender with all other ingredients.
I like to pre-heat my blender and my mug with some hot water as I like my potions HOT!
2. Pour and drink outside with trees and company
You should all know by now that I am anti #bigpharma 🚫💊 and anti unnecessary medical procedures!🤓 But for all of you that have undergone #radiation of your #thyroid here's another food that can help you get rid of the added toxicity in your body!😉 Many times, people are misdiagnosed with slow functioning thyroid or what is known as #hypothyroidism but in actuality their thyroid gland is simply adapting to high levels of #stress which causes the #adrenals to spike up!😔 "A fun fact to know is that these two glands can't both be up at the same time!" - Dr. John Bergman 🙂 If your stress levels increase, so do your adrenals, therefore causing your thyroid to slow down!😣 Manage your stress levels and make sure you consume enough #iodine in your diet! #codfish 🐟 #tuna#cranberries#eggs 🍓🍓 or supplement with Iodine to maintain a #healthy thyroid!😊 #heal#stayhealthy#beinformed#holistichealth#foodismedicine#natureheals 😏✌
The adrenal glands, two small glands that sit on top of your kidneys (swipe left to see pic) They produce your stress hormones Adrenalin an Cortisol. The problem? Constant production of Adrenalin and cortisol can lead to a burn out aka Adrenal Gland Fatigue. Chronic exhaustion, lack of stamina for exercise, lack of concentration, sleep disruption, WEIGHT GAIN, INCREASED CRAVINGS, depression, etc. ⭐️
So let’s say you did something wrong and I yell at you 😜, what happens to your hormones? - Your hypothalamus: portion of your brain that links your nervous system to the endocrine system. Endocrine system are the glands that secrete hormones into your body, which in this case signals your pituitary gland to release another hormone called ACTH. We’ll keep the abbreviation here. - The ACTH, stimulates your adrenals which then will secrete cortisol and other hormones. SO MUCH TOO EXPLAIN! Hahaha! 😂 - Your cortisol will increase and will convert more glycogen than usual into your body.
- Your ❤️ rate will go up (Adrenalin)
- You will sweat more (cortisol)
- Your muscles will tense up ( Adrenalin and cortisol)
- Your digestion will slow down as blood will be directed to more important areas in your body. ⭐️
Next post, I’ll talk about how your Adrenalin works for you. .
Well, seeing that the wether is still holding a steady HOT here in Arizona, I am boycotting and pulling out my blankets anyway and eat alittle comfort food 🥘 🤣 I mean sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do.💁♀️
This will actually be my third Christmas in Arizona and although I thought every year would get easier I am finding that it is different than I once thought. Being from the Midwest, Christmas has a much different vibe to say the least. ⛄️ ❄️ It also reminds me of my food journey and how I thought that the older I got the easier it would get as well! ☺️ For many years, when I look back, I realize that so much of my mindset has not allowed me to move forward for so long.
So instead of it feeling easier to make healthy choices, because I KNEW more, instead what I was doing was reminding myself of how I have spent decades getting it “wrong”. I was quite honestly just downright mean to myself. ☹️ Until I started to tackle what I thought about myself and my relationship with food, not much changed for very long.
I am working on a blog post series starting in January about this exact thing. So many of us hold the knowledge and information we need for true change yet why are many of us still not succeeding?? My coaching process is very different from many in that while we tackle “nutrition“ we tackle mindset much harder. It may not be pretty or sexy but it’s necessary!! I truly feel that was the missing link in my own work with various nutrition coaches in my past and that is why I went into coaching myself. We are missing something major here when we don’t address our thoughts.
My mission is to guide and remind as many people as I can that they hold the power of change in their minds and it’s a beautiful and exciting thing!! 💕😬
Ritual alert! I wholeheartedly believe we are healthier and happier when we have a conscious opening and closing to our day along with steadiness throughout. Still, I also know that sometimes there isn't the time or the know-how to get started.
Here's a start to a short evening ritual. I use this when I'm feeling low on energy or when I need a reminder to connect with the things that feed my soul. Bringing this to my awareness makes it easier to reboot and recharge at times I need it most.
Beginning Evening Ritual For Adrenal Fatigue: Before bed, sit alone in a quite room. Take 3 deep breaths, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. In a journal, answer these two questions: "What are the things I did today to refuel?" and "How can I leave space tomorrow for the things that bring me energy?" Close your eyes and know that today was exactly as it should be and that tomorrow is full of opportunity.
🍅❤🍅Heirlooms🍅❤🍅 Last evening we enjoyed our final three organic garden heirloom tomatoes raw as a side. We were blessed with hundreds of them this growing season. For this we are grateful.
Heirloom tomatoes are are rich in vitamins C, K, A, and B-complex, as well as potassium, chromium, biotin, and beta carotene.
@medicalmedium has shared with us that this amazing array of nutrition makes heirloom tomatoes excellent for balancing thyroid hormone production, stopping viruses from proliferating, nourishing the adrenal glands, revitalizing the kidneys and liver, reducing stress damage, building the immune system, lowering blood pressure, protecting against skin damage, improving cardiovascular health, and strengthening bones.
Heirloom tomatoes are also an excellent source of lycopene, a super-antioxidant, which is known to help prevent breast, pancreatic, intestinal, bladder, cervical, colorectal, lung, skin, endometrial, and prostate cancers.
They are also known to aid in the digestion of dense proteins, assist in dissolving gallstones, and purify the blood making them highly beneficial for your digestive tract and lymphatic system.
Organic gardening, or making a ritual of visiting farm stands, farmers markets, or local grocers to select the tomatoes grown to help you heal is powerful stuff!
Make tomatoes a part of your life and increase your wellness integrity wisdom. Set the intention to heal.
Do you count calories? This is something I have been playing with recently for myself and for clients. Counting calories used to trigger me. And with a history of disordered eating it really wasn't a good idea for me. But I am finding that when I just eating mindfully until I am full and then eat when I am hungry, I tend to under eat. So tracking calories every so often really gives me motivation to eat ENOUGH food and empowers me to nourish my body appropriately. So, I am curious, do you count your calories? Is it a trigger for you? Is it a useful tool for you? And, I recently did a video on this. You can find it on my website at the link in my profile. #caloriecounting#mindfuleating#mindfulness
Do you use a period tracking app? Do you track your temp and period symptoms? If not, you are missing out on some VITAL information when it comes to your hormones and your overall health. I am so passionate about periods and hormonal balance because our period is really our another vital sign for us. Just like our blood pressure and heart rate, periods can give us so much insight into our health and so should be observed, listened to, and treasured (even though they can be annoying sometimes!) because they have something to tell us! So, one way I do this is by tracking my temperature every AM. As you can see here, my temp does fluctuate a bit. But here that is probably more due to differing times of waking up. (Big difference between 4:30 and 7:30!). But it can still guide us and give us info. Other things to take note of include how long your cycle is, how heavy the bleeding is, if you are getting strong PMS symptoms, and the length of both your luteal phase and follicular phase of your period. Periods are a gift, even though they may not seem like it! So start making friends and listen to what they are telling you! #periodprogress#periodproblems#fertilitydiet
Thrive Day! I am always excited to see the box in the front steps. I am loving the @sietefoods Grain Free Tortilla Chips and the @thrive wraps are amazing. You can tell the weather is turning colder since half of our order was tea! 😂 We are planning on taking several boxes to work. I’m looking forward to a warm mug of Amber Sun after bus duty! Happy Monday!
This energizing tea is a staple in the 7-Day Hormone Detox Guide. It's such a great swap for coffee without losing the stimulating cognitive effects that you'd typically get from coffee. The difference is that it's more of a stable slow drip effect instead of a high with a crash and needing more. Plus it has a good balance of healthy fats, non-inflammatory and easily absorbed protein with a touch of carbs to support the adrenals first thing in the morning. So often hormone imbalances can stem from dysregulated adrenals so supporting them first thing in the morning can tee up the day for success. Get the recipe and free guide by signing up through the link in my bio. Happy Monday ya'll! Make it a fulfilling week😘
The low carb diet is alive and well and whilst I do advise some of my clients reduce their carb intake for weight loss or to get their blood sugar balanced, I'm careful about who I tell to do this. .
This is because going too low on carbs can backfire and cause hormone imbalances, especially thyroid and adrenal issues. .
Thyroid hormones need insulin in order to convert inactive T4 thyroid hormone into active T3 thyroid hormone. Insulin is released primarily when we consume carbohydrates, so we want to ensure there is enough insulin being released in order to stimulate this thyroid hormone conversion.
Additionally, a lack of carbs can induce the stress hormone cortisol, which can cause weight gain and make adrenal issues worse. .
Cortisol can also reduce testosterone, which is required for muscle mass, which is required for weight loss, (because muscle is more metabolically active than fat). .
Reducing carbs too much can also reduce your serotonin, which can cause cravings, binging, depression, and disruption to your sleep, (because melatonin is produced from serotonin). Having said this, I have seen keto improve moods, but again, only if there is no hormonal imbalance at play.
And finally, reducing carbs too much can negatively impact your gut bacteria because we need enough plant matter to feed our good gut bacteria. .
So what's a person to do? Well, it's always best to work with a qualified health practitioner to ensure you're eating enough carbs for your individual requirements. It will all depend on the state of your thyroid, adrenals, how much you exercise, and more.
This is not black coffee, not even decaf! For various reasons I've decided to go coffee-free (and that includes decaf) for at least five days😳
I normally have one, maybe two cups of coffee in the morning only☕️☕️
It's the taste of coffee that I love😋 and I have to say, a little boost of caffeine feels nice in my body😍
I'm a fast caffeine-metaboliser (had a DNA test done) and caffeine does me no harm, but...
the effect of caffeine does dwindle with continuous use plus coffee is quite acidic, so I felt it was hard on my stomach the other day🤢
Do I miss my coffee?
Yes, mainly the taste and the ritual.
Do I feel deprived?
God no! I can resume drinking it any day, if I like, but I just want to see what skipping it does for me. Plus, I'm replacing it with Chaga (what you can see in the pic), both plain and with coconut milk, Matcha and Yerba Mate👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
I maybe coming up with a unique blend that could replace coffee but not skimp on the taste or the effect😉
PACKED SCHEDULE. This is a typically weekday morning. 2-3 bags for lunch, gym, work. I have finally decided to lighten my schedule so I can focus on other things. I have been a group exercise instructor for 8 years and part of a masters swim team for 1.5 years - those taking up 5 evenings a week. 😫
Days and weeks fly by and leave my head spinning. Honestly, since last winter the full schedule has been draining my energy and drive to be creative and playful!🌟
It is hard to let go! Despite that, I am excited to switch up my schedule and see what new things emerge 🌈
Roasted Acorn Squash 🍂
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cut squash in half
Rub with olive oil, sprinkle with salt
Place in baking dish cut side up
Add a splash of water to the dish
Roast 45-60 minutes
I poked holes and drizzled with maple syrup!
Self-care Sunday! Does this count as self-care? I would say for me that learning totally counts as self-care. Because lately I actually haven't been making time for this which is a problem. Learning more and learning how to serve people better is genuinely a way to fill my cup. .
But, when people ask me what my hobbies are, I genuinely don't have an answer. My hobby for years was nutrition and holistic health. But now that has become my career. Which is amazing. But as far as I am concerned, that can't count as a hobby anymore then, otherwise I never take a break from my work! So I am spending some time learning and remembering what my hobbies are. .
What comes to mind for me is crafting and dancing. I stopped crafting once I started my business because the undone craft projects just became another thing on my to do list that stressed me out. So if I can approach it in a different way and accept that I can take it slow and it doesn't have to get done in a day, I think that can be a hobby again. Home decor projects, here I come!!
The other thing that I LOVE doing is dancing! I don't do it often enough. And I have never done it formally (outside of cheerleading in HS. Little known fact about me, I was a cheerleader in HS!!). So, I am playing around with the idea of doing some dance classes. Either some hip hop maybe or swing?? I have been doing a little research on some dance studios in Minneapolis so now I just need to pick a date and commit to it! .
Do you struggle when people ask you what you do for self-care? Or what your hobbies are? Have you ever considered that this may be detrimental to your health? Remember what you used to love doing when you were little/younger and start there! Or discovery a new hobby! #alwayslearning#hobbies#ineedahobby
Rise and shine, it’s JING time! This morning we’re hitting the ground running and starting the day with a hot tonic made from JING blend, organic coffee, ghee, cinnamon, coconut milk and a pinch of salt. 🙌🏻 PS, ⚡️ Our stress release tip: 〰️ Tonic herbs and to do lists 〰️
We like to start our day sipping on a warming tonic whilst we write out a daily to-do list. Writing our objectives down in the early morning helps to keep us clear headed, motivated and focused for the day.
🇬🇧 (See post "Project Hack sleep").
The Relaxator had a more or less calming effect when I used it, which theoretically would lower cortisol levels and improve sleep. However, I quit using it before the training made any significant effect as I couldn't get it to stay in my mouth without tensing my jaw muscles, which gave me a headache.
Cholesterol is naturally produced by the liver and is instrumental in the creation of cell walls, hormones, and digestive juices. When the vessel walls are compromised or injured, cholesterol covers the 'cut' in an effort to protect it, similar to putting a bandaid on an external cut. This is an indication that something is not right. As these bandaids or 'plaques' begin to increase, our levels of LDL (Low-Density Lipoproteins) cholesterol goes up. As the plaque increases throughout our body, the natural flow of blood is blocked, which decreases our oxygen supply to the cells, leaving us at risk for heart attack and stroke.
There are 3 things you can do to lower High LDL levels:
1. Eating organic fruits, vegetables and cut out dairy
2. Exercise 30 minutes four times each week
3. Drink 4-8 oz/day - ASEA REDOX Cell Signaling Supplement
Redox and Reducing LDL:
Dr. David C. Nieman, PhD, of Appalachian State University - Human Performance Lab, conducted a double blind, placebo controlled study commissioned by ASEA, and looked at the effects of consuming ASEA REDOX Cell Signaling Supplement over a 12-week period. Lab results showed that ASEA Redox Supplement opened up five genetic pathways, including circulatory pathways and increasing arterial elasticity. This helps decrease blood pressure as well as oxidative stress, which is like 'rust in the body' thus lowering oxidized LDL cholesterol and oxidized DNA.
Hit up the coffee shop today after cleaning, dog walking, and working out to actually get some WORK DONE! When I work at home I usually just sit at the coffee table which is not really great for productivity and I get distracted easily. I am working on making my actual office somewhere I enjoy. But until then coffee shop it is. Anyone have some great productivity hacks out there? #entrepreneur#entrepreneurlifestyle#productivity#successmindset
Last weekend made herbal tinctures for the Tribe Medicine Apothecary @trilogysanctuary with Christa from @thewholejourney and Evelyne from @elevateyourenergy ! We made so many tinctures but a few of my favorites are #ashwaganda which is a beautiful herb that heals your adrenals and #vitex which helps re-set the HPA axis and is an amazing herb for balancing menstrual cycles!
Are you hydrated❓
How do you know❓
How are your emotions❓
What colour is your pee❓
Are your lips peeling off of your face, chapped and gross❓
When you are hydrated what then is possible regarding wellness❓
What I speak of is my OWN personal journey with H2O and my clients.
Body fluids that smell like fish, belong in the sea not in the p😻ssy.
How grand is being high from hydration⁉️ The body and the cells are happy and cells replicate with ease due to toxicity and inflammation being free flowing out of the system with hydrational functionality.
We are derived of mostly H20🤪💦 How is it possible to absorb wellness outside of yourself when the cells are dehydrated?
Unless you are able to cellularly absorb, you are wasting money and looping in a cyclical algorithmic glitch of wasting time, energy and money on wellness outside of yourself.
The p😻ssy is saturated, alive and awake with hydration ease🦄💦 H20 hydration reverses all diagnosis. Not flavored water. Not chemically treated alkaline water, pure H2O.
Biochemically the brain functions effectively; decision making becomes with ease, emotions are neutral due to the body and brain being crystalline structuring of H20, via floating in water.
Force or flow, are you Hydrated❓

🇬🇧 See post "Project Hack sleep". For 3 months I used supplements phosphatidylserine and Holy Basil which is supposed to have a lowering effect on cortisol with better sleep as a result.
I did a cortisol saliva test before and after. Sadly, the results of the follow-up test failed but I think it would have showed a decrease. My overall experience was that I mostly slept both longer and deeper, and felt less stressed. However, this demanded high doses which became expensive.
