“My interest in photography is not to capture an image I see or even have in my mind, but to explore the potential of moments I can only begin to imagine.”

I’ve never seen a more beautiful view in all of my travels than Norway’s Reinebringen under the midnight sun. Unfortunately it’s currently closed to hikers due to safety related trail renovations, but you can still read about its splendor and hair-raising hike in my latest post!
Most travellers say avoid Cancun like the plague - but there is more to it than the 'spring break' reputation. This beach is Playa Delfines, south of the Zona Hotelera. This strip of golden sand and bright azul sea is yet to be eaten up by hotel chains and is certainly worth a day trip if you find yourself in Cancun - Mexico's gateway to Central and South America 🏖

tent life ⛺️

definitely the most unique place we have stayed so far - a tent in the atacama desert! with its warm days and cool nights, the outdoor living space, kitchen and bathroom are heaven. an added bonus, it's next to a grazing field for llamas, goats and sheep. part of our mornings are spent watching the shepherd lose his mind as one member leads the herd to jump the makeshift hay fence forcing him to chase them all down (this happens at least a few times an hour)
