Some progress on my split balance. The second is my split balance from a while back. Getting it flatter. We also played with a little wrap theory last night at open gym, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Love my @sgfaerialfitness tribe.🤘🏼
Dance Trapeze: also known as fixed trapeze or static trapeze - is a type of circus art performed on a bar apparatus. Whether you’re looking to learn new skills or hone in on your existing talent, this class is a great challenge for everyone. Unlike other forms of trapeze, on Dance Trapeze the bars and ropes mainly stay in place or spin. Like Lyra, classes will teach you strength, balance, and technique in a challenging way. #aerial#aeriallife#aerialclass#aerialists#aerialtrapeze#dancetrapeze
Just trying out a new Instagram name! It’s still me, Moriah. I thought I’d combine elements from two things I love, aerial and my bearded dragon Spike. For anyone that hasn’t met Spike, he’s very lovable. I got him back in 2009 and he’s been on many adventures with me. He came to all of my softball games in high school and even made it into our professional group photo 😂🐉
Anyways just posting this so everyone realizes I changed my name and doesn’t remove me 👍🏻 Scroll through for some circus videos and dragon pictures ❤️ #aerialists#aerialist#workout#strength#aerialsilk#aerialsilks#fun#circus#cirquetheburgh#beardeddragon#dragon#love#myhappyplace
I am completely out of my comfort zone when it comes to floor work. 😳 However, as I see my straps routine come together, I can see how necessary it is to create a story. It adds an element to the performance that wasn’t there before. 👯 Tonight, I pushed myself to do the one thing I wanted to do the least, floor work drills. I tried to add ‘all the drama’ which consisted of a lot of hair flipping! 😂 I am happy I pushed myself to practice this aspect of my routine, I think it will make the difference come performance time. 🤓 #documenting#365daysofaerial#day143
