Forgiveness doesn't mean you're giving up all of your power. It means you're finally ready to take it back.
It's about getting back onto your feet and deciding that the rest of your life isn't going to be miserable because of what happened to you. It means walking bravely into the future, with every scar and callous that you've incurred along the way.
Forgiveness means saying that you're not going to let what happened to you define you any longer.

Like I always love to say, it's the small things that we do everyday that have the biggest impact in the future 🐦.
Lifting weights isn't an exception, if you want to lift 300 lbs on the bench, you won't do it overnight 🕐.
It takes time and many small actions to do it, but that's what will help you get there ⏳.
Other small actions like not skipping the gym, staying loyal to your diet and not doing stupid shit in the gym to impress someone also have a biggest influence 💁.
My main point tho is to always strive for small improvments, every time you go to train 🌤.
It can be 5 lbs here, it can be a rep or set there it can definitely mean just making the lift harder via range of motion or tempo 👷.
But the most inportant thing is to always strive for progress 💹.
If you don't do that you will always stay the Same 🙊.
Found me a guy who lifts the same weights as before two years and is natural and tell me if he has grown 🙈.
