As we all know, too much alcohol can have harmful effects on your body. However, many doctors agree that there is something in red wine that appears to be good for your heart.
The antioxidants, a substance called resveratrol, seem to have a heart healthy benefit….AND red wines with a more dry flavor, like cabernets, boast higher levels of flavonoids – an antioxidants that’s been shown to promote healthy cholesterol levels and prevent coronary heart disease. AMEN to that! 😊So go ahead…drink responsibly, BUT if you are trying to lose weight, limit your consumption to just the weekend.🍷❤
