Yesterday my dad and I went to a cute little vegan cafe in Prague. I had the raw tortilla and my dad had the vegan goulash. Both dishes were amazing and my dad is still fascinated how good the goulash was😄 We also shared a dessert plate which was amazing as well🙊 The cafe is definitely worth checking out when you are in Prague🤙🏼 @food.of.love.ek

Simply blended up a banana, few raspberries, apple juice & an antioxidant packed @hbird.co blendie 🌸💕. With uni starting again next week (why so soon 😭) I doubt these blendies will last long 🙊 especially that energy blend! I'm no Usain Bolt in the morning and usually accept being late over missing breakfast 💁🏽 #priorities ! So my tutors should be very happy now that I'm a girl with a cute flask and all the goodies to make a quick healthy smoothie on the go 😊🙌🏼🌸. No bake chocolate mud pie with cookie crust by @missmarzipancom 🍫
Cookie crust: 225 g oats/quinoa oats. ️30 g crunchy quinoa/bran flakes. ️2 tbsp cacao powder. ️150 ml unsalted almond butter. ️6 tbsp rice malt/maple syrup. ️6 tbsp melted coconut oil. ️2 tbsp warm water.
Fudge filling: ️250g cashews, soaked for at least 4 hours/overnight. ️250 g dates. ️70 g raw cacao. ️2 tsp vanilla powder. ️A pinch of salt. ️70 ml coconut oil. ️1-2 tsp @mud_co mud. ️150 ml water (+ a tbsp or extra if needed).
Ganache: 100 ml rice malt/maple syrup. ️40 g coconut oil, melted. ️35 g cacao.
To serve: Fresh summer berries or chia berry compote. ️Seasonal edible flowers.
Line a small baking pan with baking paper. Blitz quinoa oats, flake cereal and cacao in a food processor to make a coarse flour.
Add wet ingredients and blitz until well combined. Pop the mixture into a round spring form cake tin, using your hands to pat down and form, spread mixture evenly across the base and 4 cm up the sides of the tin to create a pie crust.
Use a silicone spatula or the back of a wooden spoon to flatten and smooth the mixture. The crust will set quickly if placed it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
In a high speed blender or food processor, blitz all filling ingredients until a smooth thick frosting-textured mix has come together.
In a small mixing bowl combine ganache ingredients and mix well until a smooth and shiny pie topping has formed.
Using a silicone spatula or wooden spoon, fill the pie crust with the filling and smooth the surface out. Spoon ganache over the top. Decorate with fresh berries.

1 cup whole grain flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt
1 chia egg (Tbsp ground chia + 3 Tbsp water)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup baked and mashed pumpkin
2/3 almond milk (or more if needed)
1 Tbsp tahini
1/2 cup honey
Mix dry, mix wet, then mix all.
At the end mix blueberries, chocolate chunks... Or what you want in the batter.
Topped with sesame and pumpkin seeds... And sea salt. 170°/15-18 mins.

Walking in the winter rose garden today and I spied all these wonderful stages of life. The wonderfulness of nature is never far from thought. These roses reminded me of an old saying "Do not watch the petals fall from the rose with sadness, know that, like life, things sometimes must fade, before they can bloom again." During its short life it gives so much, from bud to bud burst it is pure beauty, the perfume is intoxicating and the food shared to bees in exchange for seed development is generous. There really shouldn't be any blooms in winter but as always the odd blooms surprise us and although not like summer flushes they still have the ability to take ones breath away. Today was one of those chaotic mornings where I started changing diapers and the like while getting ready in a hurry to go to meetings. We all have mornings like this, right?Sometimes, more often than we'd like to admit. (Who's with me?) Those mornings when we simply run around trying to get ready as fast as we can ending up with no time to make a decent breakfast. It's in those moments that I love the simplicity of this parfait. A layer of vegan yogurt over fruit purée and fruit on top. What could be simpler? And this is super delicious! I used nectarines as a base, figs and cherries as a topping and bits of sugar-free cookies for a crunchy texture. DELICIOUS!!! 😋👩🍳💫💫💫💫

Good morning you lovely lot, today I'm kicking off my day with some chocolate pancakes and stacks of berries 😁 just my regular pancake recipe that's on my site only I added in some cacao and a little sweetener. Hope everyone has a fantastic humpday! 💃🏼
First time baking with chickpeas!💜 Made 5 blueberry muffins out of:
1/2 can of chickpeas drained & rinsed
20 g flour of choice
1/2 package of baking powder
50 g of sugarfree apple sauce
30 g coconut sugar
1 egg - puree the chickpeas and mix everything together - fold in some fresh blueberries - bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ So..ich hab das Handtuch geschmissen was die Frühstücksrezepte bei liveitliftit angeht.🙊 Da das Frühstück mein "Steckenpferd" ist und ich da selbst immer tausend Ideen habe, werde ich zum Frühstück vorwiegend meine eigenen Rezepte nehmen und nur vom Kaloriengehalt schauen, dass es ungefähr passt.👍
Mittags und Abends orientiere ich mich weiterhin nah am vorgeschrieben Essensplan. Und am Trainingsplan sowieso. 😄

For pitaya cherry nicecream, add 2 frozen bananas, 1 tsp pitaya powder from @just_blends, 1/2 cup cherries, 2 pitted dates, 3 soaked cashews, 3 tsps fresh almond milk to the blender. Pulse for about a min until you get a creamy texture. Enjoy!

Da ich heute ein Seminar vor mir habe und wir dort noch frühstücken, fiel mein Frühstück heute etwas kleiner aus.
Es gab eine Art Mugcake ganz ohne Mikrowelle oder ganz ohne ihn zu backen🙊 Man kann die Mengen natürlich verdoppeln, aber ich finde dieses ist eine tolle Snack Größe 🙊 Bringt 180 ml Wasser in einem Topf zum kochen. Vermischt derweil 50 gr Dinkelgrieß, 10 gr Kakao Pulver, 10 gr pb2 Pulver & 1 EL Xucker miteinander. Rühre wenn das Wasser kocht mit einem kleinen Schneebesen die trockenen Zutaten klümpchenfrei ein, dreh die Hitze aus & lass alles kurz dicker werden. Fülle es dann in eine kleine Schale. *Wichtig*: Gebe beim Einfüllen ein paar Stücken Schokolade dazu, die dann währenddessen schmilzt 😍 Dieses Schritt nicht auslassen es ist soo lecker ☝ Und ihr wisst ja! Schokolade die man nicht sieht, hat gar keine Kalorien 🙊😁 Ein paar min in der Schale lassen, bis es fest geworden ist, auf einen Teller stürzen & es sich schmecken lassen 😊

RECIPE: Just bring 180 ml water in a pot to boil. Combine 50 gr spelt semolina, 10 gr kakao powder, 10 gr powdered pb2 and 1 tbsp powdered natural sweetener. Add the dry ingredients and stir well into the boiling water. Turn out the temperature, wait a short moment till the consistency gets thicker and fill it in a little (!) mug or bowl. Add a few little pieces of vegan chocolate while filling it into the mug/bowl. Don't skip this step! It's so good 🙌 Oh and when you don't see the chocolate it has no calories 😎 Wait and let it rest in the little bowl a few minutes till you can put it on a plate 😊
You can also make the double amount but this is a great little snack size 😊
We made this super fast alternative to mushroom risotto using risoni pasta, or orzo as we are probably more to seeing it called here in the U.K. It was so quick to make and really delicious so perfect for a quick mid week meal. I've tried it a few times when we were testing the recipe and the combination of chestnut mushrooms and porcini definitely works the best and gives a really great depth of flavour. Here is a nourishing soup recipe from @thehungrywarrior 💚
THAI GREEN CURRY BROCCOLI SOUP
#vegan and #dairyfree - loaded with fresh ginger, the silkiest #coconut milk and the most fragrant #cilantro
RECIPE (serves 2)
1 package (750 gr) frozen broccoli thawed or 1 large head (just the florets)
2 large shallots diced
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 tbsp coconut oil melted
2 cups vegetable broth
1|2 can coconut milk
Juice of 1 lime or lemon (I used lemon but lime is better)
4 kaffir lime leaves
2 cm piece of ginger grated
1-2 tsp green curry paste (be careful, it's spicaaay😜🔥)
1-2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 small bunch chopped cilantro + some for decoration
1 handful watercress (optional)
2 tbsp peanuts chopped
2 tsps black sesame seeds
👉🏼 Heat the coconut oil in a large pot then add the onions and garlic. Cook until translucent then add the curry paste, the grated ginger and after 1 minute add the broccoli. Sauté for a couple minutes then add the vegetable broth and kaffir lime leaves. Bring to a boil, add the coconut milk and cook at medium high heat for 5-7 minutes (or until broccoli is tender but still bright and green). Discard the lime leaves. Add to a high speed blender with the chopped cilantro (this will make the soup extra green🌿) and blitz until smooth. Pour back into the pot, add the lime/ lemon juice and soy sauce. Put into bowls and decorate with the water cress, cilantro, peanuts and sesame seeds. Enjoy this green beauty while it's hot💚

I'm moving house today. Moving in with my bf and on Skype the other day he actually asked me what I was doing today 😆 My little house in in a multitude of boxes and looks very empty, in a few hours it will all be on the road /M25 up to Windsor where I intend to make a huge mess in his house! 😂😂😂 Just time for a quick breakfast before I go, so this is some sweet potato granola, yhep I over ordered sweet potatoes too so have been putting them in everything!! Puréed they make a really good sticky base for granola and go well with warming spices like cinnamon and cardamom. So here it is, with some yoghurt, a few berries & kiwi, before I stuff it down and get on the road. Happy hump day everyone xxx
