Cabbage is not only insanely easy to prepare and delicious, but also great for our digestive system and rich in fiber & vitamin C!! I roasted these cabbage steaks with olive oil, lots of garlic, salt, and pepper at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. The best part = the toasty pieces around the edges 😋

But you guys, I'm really loving using a timed nutrition plan! I meal prep once a week and then I just grab my food when it's time to eat. It makes it SO convenient.
AND, in the past I've always been a late night snacker. My superfood shake totally helps keep that under control. But still every once in a while, I've been known to enjoy a snack into the late hours of the night.🙈With this plan, I'm not even thinking about food after I eat my last meal.
It's only 3 days in and I'm already feeling a huge difference! Can't wait to see my progress!👊

I don’t understand the bodybuilding world as much as I thought I did. The ones who build strength in their physical bodies have more potential to build strength in their mental and emotional bodies than most. Yet they trap themselves in a prison of their own ego, insecurities and fears. They get stuck in those bottom 3 chakras of survival, power, money, sex and food... but there’s so much more to life. Yea I like lifting and fitness but it’s not LIFE, feel me. Why limit yourself or your mind? You can have physical strength AND emotional/mental strength. I look at some of these posts so strange when I see fitness and bodybuilding being the only thing you dedicate your life and energy to. Don’t you want to experience more? Don’t you want to build strength in places other than your body? Yea it’s cool to have muscles but what happens when your mind is weak? When your emotions are easily stirred by others? When anyone can push your buttons and bring out your insecurities. The bodybuilding community has so much potential, just needs to escape the confinement’s of the mental prison they put themselves in. Woke bodybuilders is on the uprise, keep building that inner strength just as much as the outer strength and watch the real transformation. One of the biggest reasons why I am such a good healer of the physical body is because I am so in tune with my own. Another reason why I’m so good at picking up and clearing other peoples emotions is because I honor and love my own. I’m just saying, big muscles ain’t shit without a big heart. This sleepy momma didn’t get her work out in before work today. I decided those extra minutes of sleep trumped a before Work work out. I’ll get after it later. No worries!

I thought I was doing awesome by planning ahead for our travel day and getting my food ready in my containers. In my haste of packing up the cooler, I left two servings of veggies in the fridge 😳💪 I can still rock this day! I do still have several snacks that fit with my goals. It does not mean I have to pull up to a window and order food
I actually shocked myself and ordered 🥗 at a pizza place 👏💪 they even had vegan cheese so I definitely could have ordered 🍕
Along with emotions after court I am PROUD I still ordered healthy instead of letting my emotions decide.
These small behaviors add up to get you big results. Each healthy choice you make gets easier and becomes a habit!
An hour long workout of booty?! I was scared 😂😂 I was so proud of myself for getting up at 5 AM to get my exercise done before we left for court 👊👏 I had no idea what this day would look like so wanted to make sure I started out crushing some goals. Hope I can walk tomorrow 😂😂

First her honey popped the question 💎 and she’s getting married!! 💕 And then she decided that after seeing how her life has transformed not just physically (she went from a Size 12 to a Size 6/8 in three months 🙌), but more importantly mentally and spiritually after joining our Real Life Healthy Sisterhood online...she wants to pay this gift of holistic health forward to her friends and family 💕 .
Between her full time job and taking care of her house, herself and running her daughter to cheerleading practices and competitions, she’s using this new found energy and taking advantage of those #momcracks of time in her day to work part-time welcoming other ladies into this lifestyle and our group 😍 .

Back on the road again tomorrow for my day job. This time I'm flying all the way to CA for a meeting. The day before any trip I try to fill myself up with all kinds of nutritious foods. Notice I didn't say "good" foods? We gotta get out of that habit of labelling foods good or bad. Because it's far more complex than that. Don't get me wrong, I'm totally guilty of it, and also guilty of making comments like "Oh, I'm gonna be good and not have any cookies." or "I was trying SO hard to be good, and then I had that donut." The foods we eat do not make us GOOD or BAD. Yes, they can enhance our health and vitality, and they can also do the opposite, and contribute to dis-ease. The foods we eat literally become our physical selves. And although I try to incorporate nutritious options every day, sometimes a donut or two fall out of the sky and land right into my mouth (crazy right??). One of my friends from the gym mentioned something a family member used to say to him, "Everything in moderation, even moderation." Even moderation! I love that. Let's look at foods in terms of nutrients. Nutrient dense vs nutrient devoid. Instead of hammering ourselves over a couple of (donuts, cookies, chips) I propose we focus on incorporating as much nutrient dense foods into each day. That way, when donuts fall from the sky, it won't be the end of the world.
