I have felt a little out of control the past two weeks. My sweet tooth is back and I have not been able to reach my goal of only having sweets four days a week.
I am so ready to Step it Up in September!! Having support and accountability is 🔑 to success. I love these groups and hearing struggles and successes from others on this same journey helps us all get through it. We strategize, we learn about stress, we change our mindset and we dig deep to look at emotional eating.

She has been crushing it in my accountability groups. She told me the other day that she met her goal of reaching pre-baby weight for her second child. She is only 10 pounds away from being at her pre-baby weight from her first child!! Moments like these are what fuels my passion for helping others reach their goals.

I had about 30 reasons I did not want to run today. I stayed up until midnight cleaning out my closet (because that is what I do when I am anxious and can't sleep but it was better than eating 😂😂). I am sore from my beast workouts. I could do it later. I could do a workout at home etc.
BUT, I was meeting a friend and I wanted to see her before her vacay. I KNEW I would feel great after! I KNEW it would set me up to make better decisions with my food today. I KNEW It would give me energy to have a fun day. I KNEW it would be awesome to connect and catch up with my running buddy.
So, I ignored my mind chatter that was giving me excuses and DID IT ANYWAY.

Sometimes less is more - avocado toast with sesame and poppy seeds this Sunday morning - I've been trying for weeks to bake a good breakfast loaf, but this week I went ahead and bought this sprouted grain bread and I've been loving it! Planning on taking it slow today and doing a little meal prepping later - it's always sooo worth it during the week! Anyone else?! Have a great Sunday!
