With all the bullshit that’s been going on in my life I honestly could say I couldn’t be more happy with the support of friends and family hell let alone random strangers in my DM’s checking on me to see how I’m doing. But good things are about to happen and I’ve promised myself from this point forward I’m not going to deal with any negativity or bad vibes in my life and only making big moves from here. So with that being said while certain peoples asses uhhmmmm lookin dumb I’ll be makin my come up!👏🏼💪🏼🤙🏼😘
You need to ignore what everyone else is doing and achieving. -Your life is about breaking your own limits and outgrowing YOURSELF to live YOUR best life. You are not in competition with ANYONE ELSE; plan to outdo your past, not other people.
I often get caught up in my own head sometimes, and i think as human beings we just naturally compare ourselves, our abilities, and our talents to other people... but here’s the thing... the world would be a boring place if we were all the same, with the same traits, gifts, and talents. It’s time we stop comparing ourselves!

Starting point for this years season. Super excited to watch my body transform! While some people dread prep, I personally Love it ❤️
Some key 🔑 things that help me stay on track:
• Always have tons of pre cooked food.
• Get your sleep schedule on track! Your body needs consistency. I’ve spent the last few nights getting back on track which means back to early mornings (5-6am) & early bed times (9:30pm) 👵🏼.
• Keep AWAY from all negativity that will potentially bring u down. And I mean, say ✌🏽out!
• Last but not least, make a Bad-Ass Playlist that keeps those Good Vibes Flowing 😄🎶
