Today it's 5 years ago when I drove a car in heavy traffic in Barcelona. It was my wife's 40th birthday and we were on our way to a cava winery outside the city center to celebrate. Suddenly I felt great stress of not getting any air and got into panic. I hadn't felt nothing like that before so I thought this was the end of my life. It was allergic asthma and stress together. Kind of all this happened again on my latest trip to USA. This time I knew what it was but it came like a punch in the face. Strange feeling to stand in the middle of Central Park, one of the best places I know with someone you truly love, and not feeling well. I'm now back home but the stress is still there.
Supplements can be really useful when you are trying to heal the body from disease. Since we've been able to identify Rocco's asthmatic cat allergy stemmed from years of adrenal fatigue, our focus has been there. Hopefully in the next 6-12 months he won't have to take so many capsules and can continue to be around cats with no allergic response! 😁 #healingdisease#healing#allergicasthma
2nd time doing #17point2 in 1 day. I didn't feel like I did my absolute best the first time and my allergies had me breathing like I'd just run a marathon. It was irking me soooo much! It rained, I winded down and 5 hours later I was convinced by my ace @lowkeytae_ to try again. I didn't beat my reps but I beat my tiebreaker and I felt much much better the second time around. Unfortunately my muscles were just too tired to get more reps in. Oh well, on to the next one #crossfit#girlswholift#crossfitopen#norep#intheopen#muscleup#allergicasthma
