This is my Biofilm buster! NAC. I've read that it destroys ALL the bodies biofilms - which isn't necessarily a good thing! But short term it's part of my arsenal... 🤹 I curretly don't feel like my supplements are doing anything (either positive or negative!) So I'm going to try increasing the dose, and feeding the little buggers starch, so that I'm fully reacting and they are fully feeding. I really really really am not looking forward to the next few days of not breathing! 😫
Day 6 after Atrantil. Slept on the plane but woke up a few times not breathing with a really loud noise in my head; I know it was my 'inner alarm bell' waking me up not breathing. 10 GRAINS of RICE. 3 NOODLES. Okra. DHAL! It came on the plate and I said... OK... COME ON THEN... gotta keep my gut bacteria on its toes! (Feeding). I kept the rice under my tongue for as long as I could... I know it will affect me, but I want to UP THE DOSE ON THE SUPPLEMENTS and feed the overgrowth. 🤞 NAC (1/2). Mutton Bird Oil. Iberogast. Intestaclear. Digestive Enzyme. HCL. Intestaclear. Mutton Bird Oil. NAC (1/2). Gelatin (1tsp). Iberogast. Intestaclear. Digestive Enzyme. HCL.
❤️ World Menopause Day ❤️ How are you coping with the menopause?
Are you experiencing, hot flushes, joint pain, fatigue, headaches, irritability, insomnia, depression, vaginal dryness and a decreased sex drive? It's not much fun is it?
Coping with the symptoms of menopause can be very challenging and unpleasant. For me, it was the hot flushes and night sweats. It seems ridiculous but they drove me mad and were absolutely awful. I also experienced palpitations with the hot flushes and night sweats. For me, progesterone cream (Wild Yam) was a godsend and along with my kinesiology sessions significantly reduced the symptoms making menopause much more manageable.
We are all individuals and there are different therapies and supplements available to suit you and your symptoms. I mentioned that kinesiology really helped me as did the supplements I used such as natural progesterone cream. I would always use something natural rather than synthetic and full of chemicals as it supports the body more naturally rather adding to the bodies chemical overload and imbalance.
For more information on how to have a symptom free or at least a reduction in symptoms, this book is great http://amzn.to/2waKcPM

Allergy test today to establish a baseline before they start looking into more radical ideas of why I'm having so much trouble breathing (turns out I'm highly allergic to ragweed but am asymptomatic so no need to be treated for that). Starting an inhalation powder tonight to see if that helps with my chronic shortness of breath. #lungproblems#allergy#chronicillness

Perilla Seed Extract (PSE) has been used in Japan & China by those with asthma and allergy & has been clinically tested in vitro & in vivo.
PSE inhibits the production of allergic mediators (Leukotrienes), that selectively inhibits 5-lipoxygenase activity and inhibits histamine release from mast cells.
PSE used daily reduces serum Ige levels. When PSE is discontinued, levels rise within 2 weeks.
PSE exhibits activity of 5-Lipoxygenase, Serum IgE, and TPA, thus inhibition of allergy.
PSE contains phytonutrients & rich linolenate oils, including rosmanaric acid, luteolin, chrysoeriol, and apigenin.
Ingredients included to promote bioavailability, provide antioxidants, anti- inflammatory support, nutrient support, and synergistic factors.

I like finding out the funny little things about people. Like, she is allergic to raw fruit (pollen related), so she always has baked goods like carrot cake and apple pear bread made and in the freezer for when she wants something sweet or just some fruit. That's adorable 💘👅 .
It's that time of the year. We're talking about indoor allergies! Here's a tip from @aafanational: Did you know? An average adult person may shed up to 1.5 grams of skin in a day. This is enough to feed one million dust mites! Learn how to reduce your exposure to dust mites, a common #allergy and #asthma trigger on our website - aafa.org // #regram#repost
