It's makes up 75% of the earth 's surface and 60-70% of your body . You would think based on those two facts alone people would be more open to drinking water . But unfortunately we have those individuals who will drink a can of soda before a glass of water .🙄 I have always been a "water-drinker" I just never drank enough. Eight glasses of water + my active lifestyle wasn't enough for me . I told myself at the start of 2017 I would drink a gallon of water a day but at the time I was working in a office where I had to always be on call so running back and forth from the washroom wasn't a option .
On top of that I could never get through a full gallon when I started for whatever reason so I found a fun way to motivate myself.
My gallon of water is labeled by time in increments of 2hr. Each hour is labeled with a " drinking song" (all my soca lovers so be able to identify the songs) . LOL I went from 1 gallon a day to 1 1/2 gallon average per day . I found that (pros):👍🏽 1. My face started to clear up .
2. My Hair had more moisture in it .
3. My bowel movements were regular
4. My body was happy
1. Found to the bathroom every two seconds if I'm just siting down all day.😂 Overall making this switch has only beneficial to my nutrition life. And let's be honest I know females jumped on this eating - pineapple wave 👀🍍. But Do your body a favourite cut that ish out and drink your water ! 😂😜
