Current body update: it's been almost two months post show and I'm sitting comfortably at 10lbs above stage weight. Still cutting so I can get down to 7lbs above and then maintain. These pictures are unedited. I haven't worked abs since before the show. I despise taking head on shots in a bikini bc you can see the aftermath of being overweight at one time. Ladies and gents this is a real body which has experienced trauma in its time so think what you want, but you have no idea what it took to get here. 💪🏼👊🏼👙
It's tincture time! • Again, if it's not a positive comment, please save it.• I said I'd share more about MY postpartum and placenta encapsulation journey, so here it is. I continued my magic pills and weaned at #6weekspostpartum as suggested and actually felt great. I think I took them once or twice after to get me through some really exhausting days and they offered just the boost I needed. This week I'm feeling incredibly low on energy, unusually weepy (not depressed, just overly emotional,) exhausted and can't seem to catch up, and my milk supply isn't as full as it has been. (I blame and a** hole toddler and a teething baby.) So I'm breaking out more magic reserves! I opted to have capsules and a tincture made for prolonged use and knowing I had this all natural assistance for a rainy day (ha!) is so comforting. So, Sweet Girl is teething something fierce. For the past two days she has been extremely difficult to handle because of the discomfort. Yesterday afternoon I pulled out my oils for support and they did wonders! She drank her bottle without fighting me, slept through the entire night AND woke up smiling.
Clove: I added 1 drop of clove into an empty 5ml bottle and filled it with Fractionated Coconut Oil. I then put a drop on my finger and massaged it into her gums.
Lavender and Roman Chamomile: I apply these diluted to her jaw line for soothing and inflammation.
Console: My little tends to get herself worked up with any sort of discomfort. I love using this blend to help calm her so she can sleep.
