I follow IIFYM (if it fits your macros) so while yes I do eat mostly whole, nutritious food.. I am still able to fit in other things I really want or crave to make my diet more sustainable and something I can stick to for a long period of time!

We like to pair our meals with side dishes that are going to give us all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Broccoli & sweet potatoes are two great veggie options; they're a good source of fiber, protein, potassium, & vitamin A. & although normal potatoes aren't a vegetable, they provide a great source of potassium, fiber, protein, Vitamin C & B-6.

I like to encourage eating "good carbs" rather than a no carb or "low carb" diet. Carbohydrates are essential for the body to use as fuel. As long as you stay away from the processed, starchy, unnatural carbs ~  not all carbs are bad options. 🤗

•Slice up the potatoes, put into bowl to season. We seasoned it with olive oil & light salt n pepper. Put onto pan, add broccoli & roast on 350 for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy! ✨

Como prometido cá está.
Bem vamos lá começar, eu sempre fui uma rapariga cheia, até agosto do ano passado e decidi mudar não por mim mas sim pela pressão que sentia, devido ao bullying que faziam comigo na escola durante ano foi assim, houveram dias que eu nem queria ir para a escola com medo que me gozassem, nessa altura vivi um período de medo, ódio e até nojo de mim, mas como já referi decidi mudar comecei por querer perder apenas alguns quilos e depois parava mas isto de perder peso foi-se tornando viciante e queria mais e mais eu em agosto de 2017 pesava 62kg e em setembro pesava já 54kg/52kg isto foi se prolongando até março de 2017 que aí cheguei ao meu peso mais baixo 41kg/40kg depois aí abri os olhos e comecei a ganhar peso, entrei para um ginásio ( o que eu mais queria) estive no ginásio até Julho mas depois tive de parar por 6/5 messes por problemas pessoais mas agora estou de volta com mais força que nunca, neste momento tenho 45kg, custou me imenso ganhar este 4/5 kg mas agora agradeço por os ter ganho, porque tenho energia para tudo o que quero fazer e dantes até mal falava porque não tinha força para isso, passei muita fome porque quis emagrecer, matava me a fazer cardio, a pensar que isso me iria fazer bem mas não só me fez mal, destrui-o o meu metabolismo tudo mesmo, mas como disse agora estou bem melhor mesmo, e espero continuar a progredir e para quem está na luta quer para ganhar massa quer para emagrecer força muita força a todos e boa sorte 🍀

Chicken stir fry tonight for dinner - high carb ⬆️ low fat ⬇️ day! Still finding the workouts hard and having to take the easy options sometimes (like taking the jump out or slowing the movement down) but today was by best burpee streak yet! 🙋🏻

I made this meatballs in goulash at the weekend for friends and froze the rest to have another day. Reheated it was still so tasty 😋 I had it with some green pea pasta from @sainsburys. If like me you can’t handle normal pasta anymore and it makes you bloat, this stuff is great. Not only is it tasty and green (fun food!), it’s also got lots of protein. Winning dinner!

Holy moly this was a big ol’ bowl of carbs which is just what I needed after my jog! 🏃🏻‍♀️🍝First time trying the Wicked BBQ macaroni cheese which came in at a hefty 1️⃣6️⃣sp but it tasted blooming good and it was vegan!🌱Not sure I’d get it again given the high point value and the fact it cost £4.20 for a portion but I’m pleased to have tried it 😊
