How does one eat 2600+ calories and stay UNDER 75g of sugar and 3000mg of sodium? This is how... this is just a Medium day! It has taken me a while but I am slowly getting the hang of it. Doesn’t look like much but I start my day out with 1.5 hr faster walk then eat (0730) 1c of jasmine rice + 2 eggs fried in 1tsp avocado oil + 10oz coffee + 1T MCT oil and cinnamon. Second breakfast (1030) is 2 servings of GF Vans berry cereal + 240mg Fairlife Whole milk. Lunch (1330) is 5.36 oz brown rice + 2oz chicken + 150g sweet potato + 1T Kerry Gold butter. Pre workout (1630) 70g better oats + 240mg Fat free fair life milk + chocolate donut seasoning and cinnamon. Post workout (sometimes intra)1.5 scoops Vitargo + post jym bcaas + creatine and (1830)26g jym all natural protein + 1 #fitaid . Dinner (2030) is 5.36oz brown rice + 5oz roasted Brussel sprouts +2oz chicken. Bed time ZMA + glucosamine.. 😳 I am tired just writing this.. high/super days I add tons of avocado. I do switch up my meals but this is the basics and I adjust accordingly.

After feeling very under the weather yesterday I'm feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the week. This time of year is CRAZY for me, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. .
