Today started week 4 of this distance rowing training and I'm actually getting better! Week 1 I held a 2:30 pace for 15 mins. Today I did 2:19 for 20 mins and felt totally fine after. Now I just hope this helps my 2 mile run for my PT test this weekend seeing how I've ran approximately zero times since June... #concept2#allthecardio#Army#LT#istillhaterunning
Five years ago today, I completed the Portland Marathon, my first (and last!) marathon. It was an important — albeit challenging — experience, completed in a very transitional year for me. Although I’m more often running sprints these days with the occasional four-miler thrown in, it’s great to know that I can cover 26.2 miles on my own two feet. Congrats to all of today’s 2017 finishers! #portlandmarathon
Participated in my first SUP race yesterday at the Great Muskoka Paddling Experience with @ricky.tjandra and @davis.n.ly . Came in the 10th in the 10km SUP female division with a time of 1h32min. Excited for next season so I can get some more races under my belt!
