Damn I look tired 😳 but that’s what happens when @slightlyabove_averageathlete decide to do #deathbycardio days @cfpandorasbox in preparation for the #crossfitopen. I fucking love the 530 class since I’ve been back. The women are such badasses- strong, skilled and motivated! They give me a rabbit to chase and keep me pushing to get better. Now if I could just put like 50# on all my lifts and get consistent muscle ups I *might* be able to keep up! Everyone who showed up today killed it!
