The start of my review series!
So I love trying new products and have seen some Insta promotions lately that I've decided to give a try. With all the hype, I ordered a variety pack of Dive Bars.
This one is called Trash Can Cookie and has M 'n' Ms, toffee, and chocolate chips with the base of the bar in peanut butter flavor! Essentially it's like a monster cookie in bar form (ok missing a couple things). I enjoyed the bar but it is very sweet almost like a dessert protein bar. If you haven't had a Dive Bar they are super soft and chewy at room temperature. This bar has 220 calories: 18g of protein, 10g fat, and 25g of carbs so easy to make fit your macros!
Overall I like it for enjoying a candy bar craving but it's pretty sweet to be something I would want every day.

HAPPY FRIDAY! Kept it nice and simple for my post workout breakfast before classes!!! Cooked some rolled oats w/ water and added cinnamon, topped w/ chia seeds, banana, strawberries, and @maranathanutbutters crunchy almond butter!!! So simple but so good! 😍🍓🍌🤤
I’m over here having my egg whites with a side of Ezekiel toast with almond butter and the kids are enjoying a special treat of cinnamon rolls!! I just keep telling myself.. “remember your goals, remember your goals!!” But I’m telling the kids “somebody better hurry up and eat those!!”😉😳

Happy Fall!! The most beautiful season of ALLL!🎶 Idk why but I sang that little rhyme in my head😄 But seriously I love the leaves changing colors🍁 and I'm giddy that sweater weather is approaching🤗 (not this week though...it's like in the 90's in STL😅) •• & What better way to start out the season than with Pumpkin chocolate chip energy bites?!🎃 Thanks to @sweetleafstevia for sending me these pumpkin spice stevia drops to help sweeten these bad boys (so they're actually lower in sugar! #winning ).
Recipe: combine 1/2 cup almond butter, 1.5 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, 1/4 cup flax seeds, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or more to taste, 2 TB maple syrup (or coconut sugar or honey), 15-20ish @sweetleafstevia pumpkin spice stevia drops, 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, 1/3 cup coconut flakes, dark chocolate chips, and possibly a splash of almond milk if too dry but just wait and see👌🏼 ...Roll into balls and store in the fridge for a couple weeks!
FYI: this energy ball recipe is very forgiving, so if you don't have an ingredient, you can easily find a substitution or omit it if it's not like the oats or pumpkin or something. You can sub PB for AB, use more or less spices or sweetener, and just kinda play with it until they can come stick together in ball-form!😃

Breakfast this morning was 🔥 a soft boiled egg, 2 slices of homemade gluten free bread (using Doves Farm plain flour) with homemade almond butter and some St Dalfour Raspberry jam, and a beautiful cup of coffee using my Andrew James cafetiere 🍞☕🥚
It's hard to believe that summer is over with a bowl as beautiful as this! 😍 All the oats and fruits and a dollop of Georgia Grinders almond Butter and there you go - the perfect fuel for the day! 📷@diningwithdiana
Happy Friday! Today's the day I could feasibly make any breakfast, but somehow I always end up making a really ~extra~ bowl of oatmeal. It was meant to be, though, because @hozier also instagrammed his oatmeal 😉 Anyway, today's #autumnal breakfast was apple pie egg white oats topped with more apple, melted raspberries, almond butter, and pumpkin pie spice.
