BOOTY DAY COMPLETE 🍑 🍑
I have never done a booty workout that I felt so much in the glutes in my life! I can only imagine how round my kaboos is going to get over the next 78 days, with workouts like these woohooo!! Got our workout in WAYYYYY later than we wanted to but either way it got done, even if it is 10:35 pm 🤫
There is going to be a new scenery pretty soon when it comes to my workout space because a change in living space is about to go down!
You must separate yourself from the things that are holding you back, because in the end these things are making it that much harder to earn the success you deserve!
So eliminate as many of the things that make you unhappy/stressed as possible, move on and spread your wings.
If you think it’s time, ITS TIME!
Snow day today means time to clean out my fridge! Day 16 was a breeze with these chicken tenders and almond dipping sauce! Recipe below ⬇️⬇️⬇️
4 chicken breasts
4 Tbs avocado oil
1 cup compliant pineapple juice
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves of garlic
S&P to taste
Almond Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup sesame oil
3 Tbs almond butter
3 Tbs coconut aminos
2 Tbs distilled white vinegar
2 dates, pitted
1 clove of garlic
1 in piece of ginger
1 in piece of lemongrass
1/2 lime, juiced
1. Cut chicken into strips (I cut each breast into 4 strips) and marinate for 30 min to overnight.
2. Heat 2 Tbs oil in cast iron
3. Put sauce ingredients into food processor and purée until smooth.
4. Cook first batch of chicken (about 4-5 min per side). 5. Add 2 Tbs oil and cook remaining chicken.
6. Serve on some salad greens and dip away!
anyone else get distracted super easy?? i’m finally sitting down to my dinner after a night of researching for some big moves i’m making and my tastebuds are going WILD 🔥

Had a great first day back at clinicals! As much as I enjoyed my break, I really missed working at the hospital!🤗Got my 4am workout done, stuck to my timed nutrition plan as best I could, & got to see some lovely faces that I’ve missed! 👏🏻Now I’m enjoying my favorite new snack, berries & almond butter, and planning on hitting the hay super early tonight! I’m exhausted! 💤
Happy Tuesday friends!!! I am on batch 3 of these DEE-licious cranberry almond oatmeal cookies 😊. I had grand plans to share them on TMT but alas, I don't understand web formatting (I'll work on it while I eat a 🍪). They're REAL good. In the meantime, there is a new post up on TMT!!! About stress & digestion & such. I'd say make these and read away, but, umm, no. I have peanut butter cookies up there instead? Yes, make those 😁😁😁. Have a wonderful evening!!!! .
I wanted to have a proper after-school snack this week so I made a batch of pantry-clearing energy balls. These contain toasted oats, toasted pumpkin seeds, dates, cranberries, almond butter, maca and a little maple syrup. I’m pretty sure that you would have to try really hard to make a bad batch of energy balls, because these are literally made from bits and pieces that I found in the pantry and the fridge and they are delicious! 🥜
If you don’t know, now you know—our honey roasted almond butter has just THREE ingredients: premium almonds, honey & sea salt. The greatness is in the simplicity of our ingredients 🙌🏼 📷@fashionfaithfood #fromgroundtogrind
maxy wanted nothin to do with my 50 push-up challenge but he wanted in on the surrender action — and of course i couldn’t edit out the cutest little fur nephew 🐾😂
surrenders are one of my favorite moves because they put that fire in your allll those leg muscles🔥
what’s your favorite #legday workout?! 🍑
Classic breakfast 👌 I slept at 10.30pm for the first time in a very long time yesterday night and honestly I woke up feeling much better!! I was a little unwell yesterday night, but instead of pushing through all my homework, i allowed myself to rest and recharge. I’ll still be able to complete them on time so no worries!! But what i’m trying to say is that sometimes, we should give ourselves a break and not be too hard on ourselves 💓
