Want to try this simple breakfast bowl? Try it here 👉🏻 Heat up @bobsredmill extra thick rolled oat on stove. Pour into bowl once thickened and cooked. Top with: bloobs, 1/2 banana 🍌, raw pumpkin seeds, 1 Tbl @spectrumorganic chia seeds, @navitasorganics cacao nibs and 1 Tbl almond butter 🤤... (on the side I have homemade 🥕 + 🍊 juice)! Enjoy xx

Is anyone else as excited for Thanksgiving as we are? It's our favorite time of the year so let's kick off this T-day week with some sides & snacks. These side sprouts from @foodduzzi will be a home run! 🦃
Roast your brussels sprouts with salt, pepper, and oil for 18-24 minutes at 425 degrees. Create a sweetly spicy sauce with a combo of Barney, Sriracha, and maple syrup. Drizzle, and enjoy!
Fresh ground almond butter is the way to go. All you do is simply add ~1 lb. of raw almonds to a food processor, and turn on for 30-40 minutes or until almonds are creamy.
At first it’s going to look like you need oil because the almonds are crumby, but I promise you, you will not need any type of oil. Almonds have all the oils you need right inside!
I still can't get over the fact that my new(ish) address is the ID number for avocados, nor can I stop thinking about how excited I am to go home on Wednesday!!! In the meantime, I will start brainstorming on the first thing I will eat at home... any ideas???😁😁😁

Why? Because I make my own now and it's soo easy, absolutely delicious, and healthy, too! Heaven has rained down and bestowed this gift of discovery on me!
💜 VEGAN, RAW, SUGAR FREE, GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE 💜
♡ 1/2 cup cacao powder
♡ 3 Tbs maple syrup (the pure, real kind, not Mrs. Buttesworth🤣) or another sweetener like honey or agave
♡ 4 Tbs coconut oil
(This is a good size recipe. You might want to half it your first time.)
Melt coconut by placing in a dish, and placing dish into a warm container of water. Stir together. Freeze. Voila! 😚👌
Literally only 3 ingredients and it's the best chocolate I've ever had! And imma chocolate freak! (Add a coffee bean or 2 and you have espresso chocolate.)
I like to add a layer of almond butter. The filling for that is:
♡ 3 Tbs almond butter (or peanut)
♡ 1/2 tsp sea salt
♡ 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Last batch I experimented with a "cookie crust" which was soo yummy as the bottom layer of the chocolates!
♡ 1/4 cup coconut flour
♡ 1/4 cup ground cashews
♡ Glug of hemp milk (Or soy or coconut)
♡ 2 Tbs maple syrup
(I would probably add hemp seeds next time too for extra health!)
I did the math, and they have way less fat and sugar than typical dark chocolate bars!🤗
