Happy Monday!! ☀️ I just wanted to talk about fitness today real quick (sorry this will be long) .
Fitness is not trying to look like people you see on insta. Bodybuilders put in ALOT of work and sacrifice a like to be able to compete. If that is something you’re into then it’s great! I don’t know many people who work harder or are more motivated than competitors. But that’s not what working out is all about. You should workout because it is good for you and your body and your mind. There are too many times when I look in the mirror and I’m not happy that I look like someone else (@paigehathaway 😉) But then I snap out of it and realize that I would not be happy if I put myself on a strict eating regime. I like to go out and enjoy food. I like margaritas. I’m not saying go out and eat whatever everyday, it’s all about balance. Fill your body with good, whole foods. Treat yourself every once in a while (for me it’s 2-3 times a week oops). Enjoy life. Don’t miss out on having fun because you want to look like someone on here. These people make a life out of working out, but that’s not for the everyday person. So again, workout to keep your heart happy and healthy!! Don’t try to be like someone else because YOU ARE PERFECT THE WAY YOU ARE!! 💕✨

This one is ridiculous.
Meet the chief of Police for Clayton.
This man has worked his ass off for many years to get where he is.
His health was put on the back burner in order to better achieve other goals he set for himself.
Finally one day he looked at himself and said no more.
He came to me knowing he wasn’t happy with his habits.
He knew what to do but was in such a rut he couldn’t get himself out.
He just needed to be pointed in the right direction with a push and taught some new strategies.
From there his amazing attention to detail,
His unrelenting tenacity,
And his amazing work ethic took over.
This man was with me for about 6 weeks.
You ready for this?
HE HAS LOST 14.5 INCHES.
Yes. You read that correctly. 14.5 inches.
His new lifestyle has him going exactly into the direction he wants. He feels 10000 times better.
His shoulder doesn’t bother him anymore.
He has broke his fast food cravings.
This man is a inspiration because of how much he cares about doing things right.
Very very proud of you Ken.
Let’s hear It for him!!!!!! #powerbybart -Bart
