Today was a time pr at the gym! I was literally at the gym for almost 5 hours hitting all three lifts😂. Today was the first day of me doing low bar in a month! Shoulder is feeling a lot better but still had to floss band to get the low bar position, but happy with the progress! I might be able to clutch it with low bar right before the meet🙏
Squat: 425 lb x 1 RPE 8
Deadlift: 445x5x2 RPE 7
Bench: 240x3x4 RPE 9
Seeing all these fitness photos I take has really made me want to back in the gym again.
My life has lacked any real sort of consistency for a long time. I’m very much looking forward to getting some sort of routine and social life again!

Mini clip of my leg workout 😊😊 if you wanna know what I've done to grow my booty. Well here ya go, I always do these exercises on leg day. Their my absolute favourite, make sure to go heavy and add weight after each set to work your muscles! I did fast forward this otherwise it would be super long so make sure you go slow and control each rep while squeezing those glutes!! Sorry for the angles (especially the last) only way I could record myself LOL 😂
Bulgarian spilt squats (each leg) 8-10 reps x 3 sets
Hip thrust with dumbbell and resistance band 8-10 reps x 3
Cable dead lifts 8-10 reps x 3 sets
Cable squats 8-10 reps x 3 sets
Cable pull through 8-10 reps x 3 sets
Give this exercise a try if you want to destroy your triceps! Great contraction and you don't need much weight at all 😁
Got 57.5kg for 8 reps on overhead press which I was stoked with. Time to push past boundaries on all lifts and get that total up ➕➕ Happy lifting lads follow the journey 💪🏼

Target the muscles that are sore or tight. Here I'm rolling out my hamstrings. The outer/mid/inner muscles. It won't be something you resolve on the spot. It will take work and repetition. When you hit that pain point, hold it as long as you can. You muscles will tighten up and gradually begin to relax.

Excercise shown here: Dumbbell hammer curls. Many think of the bicep as one muscle, and so they do curls for days on end. Bi-cep. “Bi” meaning two, which means that the bicep is actually composed of two parts. If your wanting to train arms, make sure you include other exercises, one of which could be hammer curls. They hit the brachialis and brachioradialis. The brachialis sits under your biceps and the brachoradialis is a long muscle that runs from deep inside the center of your upper arm to the center of your forearm. It’ll help increase size and overall strength. Go get ‘em!
