😁I haven't been sick since last year! No flu, no sinus infection, no cold! I think it's because I have a well rounded diet...which includes🍲🥘 bowls! Like this bowl of ramen from Agu Ramen.
After debating over 🐔 or 🐖, I went with chicken and got the Tori Yuzu ramen. The 🍋citrus flavor was a nice touch and added a different take on ramen. The broth was sooo delish!
Originally from 🌺Hawaii, Agu is expanding quickly in 🐂Texas! They just opened 2 locations in Katy, which brings their TX total to 7 locations! That means they're doing something right! 👐🏽

2ks kuracie prsia (najlepšie s kosťami)
2ks stredné žlté cibule, olúpané a nakrájané na polovicu
3 strúčiky cesnaku
3 stredné mrkvy, ošúpané, nakrájané na kolieska
7-8 cm kus zázvoru, ošúpaný (môžete použiť viac alebo menej zázvoru, závisí od toho, akú pikantnú chuť chcete)
1 stopka zeleru
2 ČL kurkumy
3 bobkové listy
200g vašich obľúbených cestovín (ja som mal bucatini nakrájané na kratšie kúsky)
Soľ, čierne korenie (alebo korenie na vývar v pyramídkach)
Nasekané bylinky (jarná cibuľka alebo pažítka) na servírovanie.
1. Uvaríme vývar: do hrnca nalejeme cca 2l studenej vody, pridáme kuracie prsia, cibuľu, cesnak, zázvor, zeler, korenia na vývar, bobkový list a kurkumu. Necháme zovrieť na strednom ohni, potom znížime teplotu na menšiu a varíme ešte 40 minút. Nezabúdame opatrne zbierať penu.
2. Vyberieme mäso z vývaru, vyberieme z neho kosti, mäso natrháme na menšie kúsky a kosti vrátime na hrnca. Zvýšime teplotu na strednú a varíme ďalších 15 minút.
3. Z hrnca vyberieme všetky suroviny, pridáme plátky mrkvy, osolíme a varíme na strednom ohni, až kým mrkva nebude mäkká.
4. Uvaríme cestoviny a ich potom rozdelíme na taniere. Pridáme kuracie mäso a vývar s mrkvou.
Servírujeme s čerstvými bylinkami.
Táto kuracia polievka je skôr zimný recept (aspoň pre mňa, lebo zázvor sa mi do letných zeleninových vývarov nehodí), takže teraz je na ňu to spravené obdobie.

You know those moments when you bite into something and you just laugh because it’s SO F*CKING GOOD you don’t know what the hell else to do?! I can barely talk about it. Toasted, buttery bun ✔️ the best skinny patties, seared the way Jesus would freaking want ✔️ WHITE American cheese (THE BEST) ✔️ special sauce ✔️ Legit, if it’s not the best burger I’ve ever had it’s definitely in the top 3. I think I need a cigarette.

Zipped into @baoboicork this afternoon for a quick little bao bite. I haven't had as nice a bao since way back when I lived in Hong Kong. Happy to be told that there are plans to extend the vegan menu beyond the one super tasty bao on offer aaandd separate fryers are on the horizon also so fries will also be a choice. You know us vegans! Wherever we see a 'V' we flock ha ha so it's great to see yet another lovely Cork business acknowledging that and adjusting to the demand. Did someone say that eating healthy was boring? And tasteless?
Why am I eating fried cinnamon banana then? Um, yeah.
They are meal plan approved. Just not 10 pounds of butter. 5 banana later. Oh, and over ice cream.
But do I feel like I’m missing out? Truly, no. I feel like I’m cheating!
You don’t have to eat a kale salad ever day, in fact, I highly do not recommend that, to enjoy food and stay the path.
Working from home and no time to get out for lunch - I go through my freezer and find the @greatfooduk spinach and sweet potato falafels. Quickly rustle up a tex mex style stir fry with red peppers, red onions and cherry tomatoes. A little bit of cheese sprinkled on top and VOILA! Lunch is served and I’m not even trying to celebrate #veganuary (okay bar the cheese 😬) the more I don’t want to celebrate something (purely because I love meat and pass no judgements on people who don’t) however I do end up eating quite a lot of of vegetarian food on a regular basis. Just don’t tend to put labels on food y’know 🤷🏻♀️ #keepingitsimple#ieaterrthang#nofoodlabels p.s I added a piece of pita bread, some boiled basmati rice and @skyryoghurt on the side 🤣👀 #donttellanyone
