ℹ Today few words about Amino Acids and best time to take themℹ
ℹAmino Acids, what are they?
20% of the human body is made up of protein. Protein plays a crucial role in almost all biological processes and amino acids are the building blocks of it⚠
A large proportion of our cells, muscles and tissue is made up of amino acids, meaning:
* they carry out many important bodily functions, such as giving cells their structure
* they also play a key role in the transport and the storage of nutrients.
ℹWhen we should take Amino Acid supplements?ℹ
We really only get peak benefits from amino acid supplements during specific times.
That time is either around workout (pre, intra, post), or alongside food meals that are lacking adequate protein.
However taking ⚠amino acid supplements 30-60 minutes before workout⚠ is in some opinions the most effective time to be taking them👌
This is because they will enter bloodstream just in time to be utilized for fuel, thus preventing muscle breakdown. These benefits will continue into and even after the workout if we are getting a proper dosage.
ℹWhat type of Amino Acid supplements we should take?ℹ
BCAA (branch chain amino acids) from vegan friendly plant fermentation. This is the most premium source of BCAAs that we can get…👌
ℹWhat to expect from Amino Acid supplements?ℹ
BCAA is expected to give us a bit more endurance, a bit more lean muscle, and help shred down a bit more fat as a side effect from the above above-mentioned👌👌👌

I recently trialled the HydroPeptide Nimni cream (named after Dr Nimni who created the formula) and fell in love with the luxe nourishment and lightweight feel of the product. Said to support the skins collagen and strengthen fine lines through the use of retinol, also known as vitamin a, my skin felt firmer and plump without feeling greasy and heavy. A must have for anyone above the age of 30, wanting to see results overnight 💙

PROTEIN: There are many things synthesized from protein besides muscle. Amino acids, which makes up proteins, are the molecules of the 3 fuels containing nitrogen. Bc nitrogen is critical for many molecules, protein or 9 different amino acids are essential.
🔺did you know the body does not store protein.
🔺complete proteins require ingestion every 3 to 4 hours to ensure the availability of all combinations of amino acids for cellular uptake.
🔺amino acids can not be used for cellular protein synthesis until all of the right combinations are present at once.
🔺if the missing amino acids are not provided within 3 to 4 hours, the existing amino acids are deaminated and are no longer useful for protein synthesis.
🔺how much protein you need is based on your training intensity. Heavy resistance training causes more damage to the muscle than light, high rep training, therefore requiring more protein for repair
