Happy Friday friends!
One of the most frequent questions I get is "do you have a favorite?" And this painting right here is my favorite.
"Andy's Toy" was very difficult to paint and make look aged. Yet I did it in one sitting, which I've never done before, and it's like he was in my brush, waiting to get out. He flowed from my brush almost effortlessly. To this day he remains my favorite. Part of me still wishes I had kept the original.
So it's my turn to ask you: Do you have a favorite?
Mixed emotions today as I say goodbye to "Andy's Toy." This is my most favorite painting I've done. I'm sad to see it go because I love it so much, but I'm so excited for it to be appreciated and loved in its new home in California.
If you love this one like I do, prints are in the shop. 🌼
