I made this instant pot Moroccan lamb stew while I was doing a Whole30, but I liked it so much I haven’t made any changes to the recipe after my Whole30!
It’s warming and cozy and just takes 20 minutes in the Instant Pot 👍🏼I had mine with cauli rice and K had his with real rice + a little feta 😋

Had my first @ntrecovery compression therapy sessions n at @mdrsports yesterday and I’m blown away by the results. Usually the day after an intense leg day with sprints and weights my legs feel heavy and tight. This morning my legs felt loose and I felt lighter. I went deeper into some poses during my yoga practice than I have in months. I slid into the splits with ease and felt amazing.

⚡️Kalefornia Dreamin’ Mini Muffins ⚡️
Finally took an IG-worthy pic of these creamy, melt-in-your mouth minis for M1 or M2 that I invented for the #tiucookoff . I swear, you hardly notice the kale! It just adds a nice texture, and with the healthy fats and touch of maple syrup, they’re actually pretty sweet rather than savory. At only 68 cals a pop, serving size is 2-3. Enjoy! 👩🏽🍳
ICYMI, here’s the recipe!
1 cup finely chopped and massaged Dino kale
1/2 California hass avocado
1/4 cup cage-free egg whites
3 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp natural / almonds-only almond butter (I used Trader Joe’s no salt raw crunchy)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup vanilla Tone It Up protein powder
1/4 cup oat or almond or coconut flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Spray mini muffin pan with coconut oil spray and fill cups to the top with batter. Makes 10 mini muffins.
Bake @ 350 for 15min.

Thanks to @cheftrudy I always have fresh ginger, fresh turmeric and (light) coconut milk in the kitchen so making a “golden” latte is easy. This time I used this recipe but subbed out the sugar for maple syrup:

I haven’t eaten chickpeas or legumes in general in ages, but when the special involves gluten free falafel... oook! In all seriousness, I have an extremely sensitive system, and the last time I ate hummus I looked full-on pregnant. I was 100% gluten-free for years, but would still have issues. I cut out dairy (should have done it long before) which helped with a lot of things (inflammation, skin), but didn’t improve as much as I would have hoped. I decided to cut out grains and literally felt like a new person. It was amazing. I was still eating legumes and felt pretty good, but then had the pregnant hummus episode a little over a year ago. I’ve worked on healing my gut for years but there was still work to do. I cleaned everything up (essentially autoimmune paleo) and did a realllly intense anti-candida program over the summer (not going to lie, it was zero fun). Last night I had a lovely little dinner with @jnmads and @nourishia and decided to see how my body has responded to all of the work I’ve been putting in. So far, so good. Hopefully it stays this way. I just wanted to share my experience because food sensitivities can be serious, and it’s really important to recognize them for what they are: consistent sources of inflammation. Fortunately, the the body can be healed, and I’m positive about my path forward.
