Posting a little late but this is Dan Jones and the crew from Cypress Swamp Kennels with some bears they got in the first bear season here in North Carolina. Some nice bears healthy bears there. Today was the start of the second two week season in NC. Yup and you have to be up for work in like less than 4 hours. Sigh having depression is depressing and having anxiety makes you more anxious.
When your mind is like the next door neighbors who want to party for 3 days straight and you're shouting to turn off the dang music and its as if it just gets louder.
When you try to tell your mind to shut up and all the sudden end up in a debate with your mind. You have the one side going just stop please shut uppppp and the other oh yeah like thats going to work. Look your talking to yourself in your mind. Your not sleepy now because you're arguing with yourself.
Its like being in a relationship and you have a spouse that does the opposite of what you would like but you can't make them sleep on the couch just to get some time away.
Its like me staying up and coming up with all these weird thoughts right now instead of just peacefully sleeping because i do have less than 4 hrs before having to get up for work.
Now i am anxious if i can even wake up IF i fall asleep so should i sleep? But if i dont can i make it through the day on no sleep? If i do though and come home and crash will i be able to wake up for work the following day if i drain myself like that? Maybe i should sleep even if its 3 hours. But what if i dont wake up? Ughhhh
Just part of my thoughts at the moment.
How idiotic can you be? You’re putting your son in danger being with that piece of shit. He has tried killing you, your son, he’s stolen your car and fucking robbed you. And you still go back to him. How dumb can you be. Really. I just don’t get it.
This was the 2nd or 3rd time I #danced after that accident that had me out of commission for 3 years...4 surgeries,a lot of loss,pain,and depression...a spine injury I have to deal with my whole life...I had told myself I would never do the things I loved again,but I made it back...I couldn’t give up. I had to do the things that brought happiness to my life again...I gotta remember to keep pushing. I don’t know how much I have left in me anymore,but I’ll keep pushing. Society has taught us that it's bad to be 'Fat', Society has taught us that if you are, then you should lose that weight at all costs because the way you look is more important than the way you feel.
Society has taught us that if you are 'fat' then you're unhealthy and lazy. ❌
A persons health can't be determined by their weight. A persons personality can't be determined by their weight. A persons intelligence can't be weighed by their appearance or weight. Your physical appearance does NOT equal skills, intelligence, kindness, empathy, strength, etc. Your physical appearance is such a small part of who you are. ✨
You are the memories you've made, The books you read, the things that intrigue you, the things you dislike, the things that you absolutely love, your favorite movies, the way your eyes light up when you talk about something you really enjoy, how your personality radiates happiness when you're happy and you probably don't even realize it. 🌟
Food is not your enemy. Food is your fuel.
Food gives you the energy and nutrients to grow and develop,to be healthy,to move, work, think and learn.
Without food, Your body isn't getting the nutrients that it needs. You may feel anxious, lightheaded, dizzy, or just sick when you go without eating.
Your body NEEDS fuel. Don't deprive it of its fuel. ⭐️
