PRESIDENT BUHARI RETURNS TODAY
President Muhammadu Buhari returns to the country later today, after receiving medical attention in London.
The President had left the country on May 7, this year, after handing over power to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, who has functioned as Acting President since then.
President Buhari is expected to speak to Nigerians in a broadcast by 7 a.m on Monday, August 21, 2017.
He thanks all Nigerians who have prayed ceaselessly for his recovery and well-being since the beginning of the health challenge. #abuja#london#apc#pdp
Dear Faith, Buhari is returning because of Charly Boy's protest. Is protesting and open violence the solution to saving Nigeria?: Protesting Yes, but open violence No. Violence has never helped any nation. It only tears it apart. It is quite unfortunate that this is where we find ourselves anyway. But this is what democracy should be about: IT IS A GOVERNMENT BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE. I have to commend Charly Boy @AreaFada1 for standing up. But I do not recommend violence. But Charly Boy's actions goes to show that in Nigeria, the government would not react until the people act (which is really sad). Honestly, the solution to saving Nigeria is in Gods hands.
