The more a nation push God away the more 👹 evil it becomes, and the true ekklesia (church) must come forth out of its closet and speak as Gods
Governmental voice and legislate divine principles and values and light replaces darkness
I hate injustice. I have for most of my life since my teens even before I was saved, and have been involved in protest movements against injustice in my younger years. I don't pretend to understand the horrible pain of injustice and feelings of outrage that African-Americans feel each time these incidents happen in America.
I was really saddened today, when looking on the Facebook pages of a number of very high profile Caucasian “prophetic voices” who have hundreds of thousands of followers, and not seeing any comments about Charlottesville, and one that did comment, didn’t give a Biblical Kingdom perspective
Whether you are a Christian leader who is Democrat or Republican - that is unacceptable. Quote Scripture and tell us what God in heaven is saying about this and what His heart is for your nation in these times. Don’t tell me you’re a “prophetic voice” and you choose to quote political commentators over WWJD – What Would Jesus Do!!
The church and it apostles and prophets must stand up and take their place with the Scepter of Justice in their hands which is the Scepter of God's Kingdom and the Word of Truth in their mouths as a light shining in the darkness.
But many believers even in the church will make political rhetoric out of these incidents and not be the salt that preserves and the salt that should be the conscience of society. May we examine our own hearts in these times to make sure that there are no vesitges of racism left within, and may we be moved by compassion to be salt and light influence for Jesus in a world that desperately needs Him.

“Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name.” Psalm 29:2
God’s glory is the result of his nature and acts. He is glorious in his character, for there is such a store of everything that is holy, and good, and lovely in God, that he must be glorious. The actions which flow from his character are also glorious; but while he intends that they should manifest to his creatures his goodness, and mercy, and justice, he is equally concerned that the glory associated with them should be given only to himself. Nor is there aught in ourselves in which we may glory; for who maketh us to differ from another? And what have we that we did not receive from the God of all grace? Then how careful ought we to be to walk humbly before the Lord! The moment we glorify ourselves, since there is room for one glory only in the universe, we set ourselves up as rivals to the Most High. Shall the insect of an hour glorify itself against the sun which warmed it into life? Shall the potsherd exalt itself above the man who fashioned it upon the wheel? Shall the dust of the desert strive with the whirlwind? Or the drops of the ocean struggle with the tempest? Give unto the Lord, all ye righteous, give unto the Lord glory and strength; give unto him the honour that is due unto his name. Yet it is, perhaps, one of the hardest struggles of the Christian life to learn this sentence—“Not unto us, not unto us, but unto thy name be glory.” It is a lesson which God is ever teaching us, and teaching us sometimes by most painful discipline. Let a Christian begin to boast, “I can do all things,” without adding “through Christ which strengtheneth me,” and before long he will have to groan, “I can do nothing,” and bemoan himself in the dust. When we do anything for the Lord, and he is pleased to accept of our doings, let us lay our crown at his feet, and exclaim, “Not I, but the grace of God which was with me!” #Apostle k.vinay kumar
The city of Thessalonica in Macedonia, named after princess Thessalonike, came under Roman control in 168 BC but was made a free city. During the Roman period, Thessalonica was ruled by local officials with the Greek title “politarch” (city ruler). Early archaeological explorations at Thessalonica discovered an official stone inscription adjacent to the Vardar Gate which specified “politarchs” as the leaders of the city in the 1st century AD. Subsequent discoveries and research demonstrated that the position of politarch was an annual magistracy in use by the free cities of Macedonia Province starting in the Roman period, and there were multiple politarchs in office at once rather than a single ruler. The majority of the recovered “politarch” inscriptions have been discovered in Thessalonica, indicating the continuous use and prominence of this particular position in Thessalonica and around Macedonia from the 1st century BC to the 3rd century AD. By the time the Apostle Paul arrived in about 49 AD, Thessalonica was the capital and most important city of Macedonia Province. Paul followed his regular protocol and reasoned from the Scriptures for three Sabbaths in the synagogue, which resulted in some of the Jews, many of the God-fearers, and even certain women of the elite becoming Christians. However, those who were unpersuaded formed a mob and accused Paul and the Christians of sedition, stating that he was upsetting the Empire, breaking the decrees of Caesar, and swearing allegiance to another king. Because Paul and his team could not be immediately found, the mob instead brought Jason and other local Christians before the “politarchs.” There was no legal authority to prosecute on the basis of a religious dispute, but a bond or fine was paid before their release, and Paul was obligated to leave the city, presumably by order of these politarchs in order to avoid a riot. These pastors are the ones Jesus warned us about when He said "don't look for shortcuts to God. The market is flooded with surefire, easy going formulas for a successful life that can be practiced in your spare time. Don't fall for that stuff, even though crowds of people do. The way to life - to - God is vigorous and requires total attention. Be wary of false teachers who smile a lot, dripping with practiced sincerity. Chances are they are out to rip you off some way or the other. Don't be impressed with charisma; look for character. Who preachers are is the main thing not what they say. A genuine leader will never exploit your emotions or your pocketbook......."

“Isaac went out to meditate in the field at the eventide.” Genesis 24:63
Very admirable was his occupation. If those who spend so many hours in idle company, light reading, and useless pastimes, could learn wisdom, they would find more profitable society and more interesting engagements in meditation than in the vanities which now have such charms for them. We should all know more, live nearer to God, and grow in grace, if we were more alone. Meditation chews the cud and extracts the real nutriment from the mental food gathered elsewhere. When Jesus is the theme, meditation is sweet indeed. Isaac found Rebecca while engaged in private musings; many others have found their best beloved there.
Very admirable was the choice of place. In the field we have a study hung round with texts for thought. From the cedar to the hyssop, from the soaring eagle down to the chirping grasshopper, from the blue expanse of heaven to a drop of dew, all things are full of teaching, and when the eye is divinely opened, that teaching flashes upon the mind far more vividly than from written books. Our little rooms are neither so healthy, so suggestive, so agreeable, or so inspiring as the fields. Let us count nothing common or unclean, but feel that all created things point to their Maker, and the field will at once be hallowed.
Very admirable was the season. The season of sunset as it draws a veil over the day, befits that repose of the soul when earthborn cares yield to the joys of heavenly communion. The glory of the setting sun excites our wonder, and the solemnity of approaching night awakens our awe. If the business of this day will permit it, it will be well, dear reader, if you can spare an hour to walk in the field at eventide, but if not, the Lord is in the town too, and will meet with thee in thy chamber or in the crowded street. Let thy heart go forth to meet him.

SOMETIMES IT TAKES SOMEONE ELSE TO RECOGNIZE AND DECLARE THINGS ABOUT YOUR CALLING YOU DO NOT EVEN SEE
In John 1:21 when John the Baptist was asked by the priests and Levites from Jerusalem if he was Elijah, he said emphatically no. He just saw himself as that voice crying in the wilderness "make straight the way for the Lord." And yet, Jesus in Matthew 11:14 and 17:12 said for those who had ears to hear and were willing to accept it, that John was the Elijah to come. As great as John was, and focused on being that voice in the wilderness, he still did not have full understanding that the spirit and anointing of Elijah was upon him.
Is it possible that not comprehending this aspect of his prophetic calling contributed to him doubting whether Jesus was the Messiah when he was in prison? Just thinking out loud. It's interesting how doubt now is challenging him in the prison just before his execution, and he sends his disciples to question Jesus.
There are times we may not fully understand the totality of our minisry calling even though we are focused and working hard on some aspects of it. But God will send apostles and prophets to recognize, reveal and confirm things to us that will inspire us to launch into new areas previously concealed.
Even though there are those who have brought reproach to the apostolic and prophetic, I thank God for those who have maintained their integrity and are such a great blessing to the body of Christ. May we never despise or quench prophesy, but prove all things and hold on to the good.
