I love Baked Apples. I love the flavor, sweet and cinnamon-y; the texture, smooth yet firm; and the act of scraping the skin off and eating it. This recipe is a family favorite, and is sure to become one of your favorites too.
You guys! How cute is this truck that I found @target ! I have a red one for Christmas that has a little tree in the back and I absolutely love it. I'm so glad they came out with one for fall! 😍 I got the little apples from @michaelsstores 🍎
Feeling like fall outside so I'm busting out the fall blends🍂🍎🍁 I could seriously smell this blend forever. Use 3 drops of each oil to get this wonder-fall aroma. If you haven't tried this blend, you need to come over🙆🏻 It will be in my diffuser for the next few weeks☺️ and I might have to get myself some Apple Pie to eat, too.
Apple crisp healthy enough to have for #breakfast ! Plus it's #Paleo and #vegan 😋 made only with #apples (chopped, juiced and the pulp) plus almonds and shredded coconut @nutiva - top with @thecoconutcult #yogurt

It's getting autumnal so I baked this apple crumbley flapjacky thing to procrastinate my dissertation. I can see myself doing that a lot this semester. It's a bit of a crumbly mess but hey, so am I #baking#apples#applecrumble
Nonketo post!! It's apple o'clock and this no sugar-yes delicious apples and date/figs pie was cooked yesterday afternoon and just finished today by all the boys in da house🤣 I cooked the grated apples with cinnamon-vanilla- plus dried figs-dates puree. I used 4 dates and 3 figs plus 2 table spoons of maple syrup for this puree instead of sugar. Then placed them into the dough and glazed with egg yolk, decorate with peacans and sesame and baked. I am so happy it worked and of course it would as the apples are so delicious and crunchy! We don't have sweets regularly in our house and this apple pie is one of the "exceptions" and respect to 🍎🍎🍎🤣🤣🤣 #nosugarapplepie#nosugar#applepie#applepietime#autumn#apples#nonketogenic#kidssnacks#homemadeapplepie 🍎
Perfectly set in the heart of apple season, the last Apple Pie Trail theme night is almost here. Hosted by Creemore Farmer's Market, celebrate all things apple on October 7 from 8:30- 12:30. As it's the last market of the season, you bet this one is going to be extra special! Bring the family, taste some delicious apple desserts, and enjoy the fun! 🍎
For breakfast this morning I raided the apple trees in my garden and made myself some warm apple porridge. I also managed to find a whole 13 blackberries so threw them in too! Full recipe is below. I'd like to enter this into @laurafruitfairy and @klaraslife #AutumnFoodParty because my family lives for apple season! I am so happy that we now own a house with our very own apple trees!
I was on a course all weekend for the new cycle of my gymnastics judging qualification. We have to revalidate every Olympic cycle and this time I'm trying to upgrade so it has suddenly got a lot more complicated. I have been making flash cards of the symbols to help me to learn them. The exam is next week so I have a lot of intense studying to do!
Now on another note I have something quite exciting in the pipeline and as part of it I have been thinking of creating a small ebook of recipes. Please tell me what you would most like to see in a recipe ebook by me! Perhaps post workout refuelling snacks?
Apple porridge - serves 1
1/2 cup oats
1 1/4 cups almond milk
1 apple, chopped
Handful of blackberries
1 tbsp coconut sugar if your apple is not sweet
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch each of ginger and allspice
Mix everything in a small pan and heat on a low heat, stirring, until the porridge thickens. Add some chopped apple to the top if you wish along with hemp seeds and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
Enjoy your week!
