My two favourite rappers in the SA hip hop game.. These two young bloods definitely push levels when it comes to freestyles, featured on other artist's tracks or even just songs of their own.. (Even though I do favour Nasty C above all).. Just grateful that some REAL bars get delivered from these two hip hop giants!.. #NastyC#Areece#SAhiphopontherise
Sorry I haven't posted in a while I've just lost motivation and been really busy but thanks for still following me.
Nasty C is already one of the best in the game after blowing up 2 years ago and it's pretty obvious he'll go down as a legend in South African Hip Hop. He fits every criteria but lately he's been shifting from his sound with pop sounds like "Dance" and the song with Major Lazer. I'm guessing he's doing it for a bigger audience which is what a lot of artists do, but sometimes goes horribly wrong. At least Nasty is good at this I just like him more when it comes to rapping.
What are your thoughts?
One of the most slept on lyricists of our generation 😴 sad to see this guy getting overshadowed by great rappers who happened to come up with him at the same time but he's straight up 🔥🔥 comment below who you think the most underrated rapper is ⚡
"I always knew that I would make it I had a dream and then I chased it Now my name in conversations"
#MondayMotivation playlist....get my inspiration from the YungKing...one of the few artist who still has content on his music...not this mumble rappers with their trap music all sounding the same.
I'm a big fan of conscious/lyrical hip hop and we hardly get that in SA Hip Hop these days, and if there are, they won't get the recognition AKA and Cassper get with their bangers and people have become reliant on it. But at the same time you don't always need to be conscious to make good hip hop but I just like that hip hop.
