Why do you workout?
Is it to look 👀 good? Feel good? Gain strength? Accomplish a goal? Have energy? Be healthy? All of the above?
For me it’s all of the above but lately it’s about feeling good & having energy. The looking good & strength are a byproduct of the work.
It’s about to get busy so don’t forget why you workout & keep going even if it’s a minute a day. .

Training arms is pointless when you’re on strength training, that’s what I think.
Now why do I train them?! Just because I like it! My point is to do what you like, because enjoying what you do leads to consistency, and consistency leads to improvements!
