Soon I will be saying goodbye to this lovely table. A woman who needs it very much to help with her transition to a safe and happy home contacted me recently and expressed interest and love in this one. We both went through some situational and time setbacks, but we are finally getting to the stage where I will get to see it on its way. .
I always have a mixed feeling of elation and regret when I sell a table. They are my passion and every single one of them lives in my home with me, not only while I work on them, but afterwards too. They are part of my home, and getting to provide a piece that will be central to another person's home is an amazing feeling. .
It's times like this that reaffirm my conviction to be the artist I want to be, not just the one I think will "survive." I can't wait to see what this next year brings, but I can only hope it's more elation, fun, and art 👩🎨❤
