Ich liebe es einfach meinen Körper im 'Flow' zur Musik zu bewegen. Es klärt meinen Kopf weil ich währenddessen an nichts denken muss, sondern einfach im Moment sein kann 🙏 Yoga ist meine Art von Meditation 😅
Außerdem verbiege ich gerne meinen Körper und gehe 'Upside down' (mir fällt keine gute deutsche Übersetzung ein 😂) Mit Yoga kann ich so viele Sachen verbinden: meine Liebe für alle akrobatische Bewegungen, Entspannung, Abschalten, Dehnen, im Moment sein❤️
Es ist mein Weg zu mir selbst zu finden🤗

Welcome to days 4 of #balanceyoursummer i am showing you 2 variations of boatpose 1 prop #boatpose with yoga strap and 2 This combo between boat and compass is one of my very favourite #variations of #Navasana or Boat Pose. 1️⃣ places a looped strap under your shoulder blades and around the balls of her feet/your leg. 2️⃣ activates her core and presses her feet strongly into the strap, which allows legs to fully engage and helps you lift ut of low back. ✳️The strap gives you support to find the key actions of the pose so you can get all the benefits of this great strength-builder. To me, obstacles are a natural part of any path we walk. Most people believe obstacles are something that block our path, as if the obstacles are separate from the path. The truth is, the obstacle IS the path and it is and always will be a part of it. The sooner we realize obstacles are there to help us progress, the sooner we'll be able to get through it, and maybe, even enjoy the process 🤔🙌
