What is my story? This question caught me by surprise when one of my inspirations asked this question from the @thefitexpo (*ahem* @danny_getsfit *ahem* 😂). Why do I do the things that I do? Why do I post so much workouts and inspirations? To be honest, I have not yet fully thought of that answer. I think the reason I do these things because this is something I really love and I hope and wish to be an aspiring fitness person that someone can look up too. I am not doing it because I want to get so much likes or follows, I am doing this to help the ones who wants to workout or who are scared to lift heavy weights or anything they need help on. I know only post fitness stuff but also, I post inspirational quotes or my life on my IG. This will help me too, in the long run. I can learn from this. I feel like I barely touch upon this question because it’s all a learning and understanding process. Thank you for those who supports and understands the things I do. I really appreciate it! – Janine Allysa

Weight is up and still holding condition✅ you can see some body fat has been addded (it has been christmas)😂 but not a lot so hopefully that’s meaning tissue has been added 👌
Who thinks I should compete end of this year?🤔
😊back to basic today my little home gym at least it’s doing something it’s a bit hard to run off to the gym at the moment to be honest I haven’t been in the right mindset but, I’m happy with these little beauties the kids have been joining in aswell 2017✨ brought a lot of lessons and a lot change all positive🙏🏻 I have learnt a lot especially not to put so much pressure on myself, and to love myself mind, body and soul I’ve especially learnt how much strength I have, but I especially learnt I can say “no” so let’s see what amazing positive experience 2018 is going to bring big huggs 🧘🏼♂️❤️
🕉love yourself enough to say “no” to what no longer serves its ok to have healthy loving boundaries ✨you are in charge of yourself no one else is going to help you make your own mind up for you💕 but, remember you are so loved and have people around you who love you 😍
Never ever let someone try and take your power, it’s your’s it’s ok to say “no” to what is not right in your life even if you might have to fight a battle I hope everyone is having an amazing start to 2018 xxx

Right is January 2018 at 153lbs
More size & better condition. Only minimal size difference for what I can see this just shows how bodybuilding is a long process. But dedication and consistency it will pay off ✅
Let’s see what this year brings
