You should eat like this at least when you are in all you can eat restaurant 😂 I felt too full, so I walked back home and it was more than 20,000 steps
One ☝🏼 week transformation. What a difference a week can make when you dial in on your nutrition. I work out 6 days a week and generally eat pretty “clean” I took this last week off and focused on just eating the meals that I recommend to my clients. I dropped 4 pounds. My waist went from 29” to 27.5”, my hips went from 33” to 31.5”, my thighs 23.5” to 22 1/4”. I’m thrilled about all of that, but my energy level has been incredible. My favorite time of the night every night. My chocolate chip cookie in the waffle maker has 2 g of fat, 15 g of carbs, 11 g of protein. Topped with some whip cream and I’m in cookie heaven. I bought this cute little waffle maker from Amazon for about $13, totally worth it. Instagram told me my video was too long, so if you’d like to see the whole thing watch it on my YouTube channel. Basically what I do is mix the mix with 2 tablespoons of water, spray the waffle maker with cooking spray, and patiently/impatiently wait for it to cook and then top it with some whip cream
Last night of vacation and we’re having supper at Lambert’s Cafe, home of the “throwed rolls.” Country, home-style food that is so good. Like a Brazilian steakhouses, the bread and bowls of vegetables are just walking around the room. Order a glass of tea and you get a “Big Gulp” jug. You can’t go home hungry and everything is good. So good. #atetoomuch#countrycooking

Sometimes we think we are eating TOO MUCH food, so we cut back.
However, a lot of times it’s that we are eating TOO MUCH ⬆️ of the unhealthy and TOO LESS ⬇️ of the healthy.
You also need to factor in if you are doing an intense fitness program 💪🏼🏃🏽♀️or have a very active lifestyle.
So, when we start cutting back on ALL of our food, our body starts getting really confused and may hold onto our fat storages for fuel 🔥.
Start thinking of your food as FUEL, and you may find yourself not worrying so much about the calorie amount. 😉.
#mcm this little guy is my biggest cheerleader. He pushes me everyday to be a better me. There is always that drive the motivation to “look good” but having a child changes your mindset a bit. You want to be healthy you want to have energy. Mainly I just want to keep up with him 🏃🏼♀️ and be a good example. This little boy for sure keeps me on my toes, but I’d have it no other way!
