#transformationtuesday The left was me back in 2010 that day was my first real workout i ever had and i passed out while doing dumbbell chest press 😂😂🤷🏽♂️. On the right was a morning update sent to @officialoscarardon a few weeks before the easterns 2017. I remember back then i didnt even think i could get any size, i use to ask myself if i should continue to do this because im not going to grow so whats the point. Well i continued to train and here we are today. There’s definitely more work to be done but i came a very long way.
Got home, opened my mail and its my IFBB PRO CARD🤗🤗🤗!
I am looking forward to my first pro show in Vancouver, Canada. It will be a totally new experience and I know that I will be bringing a diffrent package to the stage. I have noticed that this off season I have been and will continue to be more focused, and that I have more drive than I ever had before!

I’ve heard it before, prep isn’t healthy, it’s too strict, it’s an extreme sport, you are starving yourself blah blah blah so listen up. Until you compete, or at least compete properly under the guidance of a creditable educated coach then you really have no opinion in the matter. If you think eating healthy for 12 weeks is strict, if you think training everyday so my body is strong is extreme and if you think winning because I trained to have the absolute best physique and level of conditioning is unhealthy then you clearly of don’t understand what an amazing piece of machinery your body is and what it is built to withstand.

JUST STOP 🛑Stop focusing on flaws. Stop comparing yourself [and me] to other people. Stop letting somebody else’s definition of beauty affect how you feel about your body #loveyourself
I am 35 years old. I weigh “a lot.” I have been an athlete my entire life, but only weight training for [almost] 5 years. I pick myself apart and judge every flaw harder than a NPC judge 🤦🏻♀️ But you know what? Just because I’m not shredded doesn’t mean I’m fat! I will never be “stage ready” again, but that doesn’t mean I can’t feel sexy. I cannot be compared to “fit chicks” in their 20s...I’m tired of hiding because I “don’t look like so-n-no.” I am healthy. I am strong. I am smart. I am sexy. I am proud to be ME 😘💪🏼 [I’m allowed to not like the face I was making 🤪lol]
Anxious. Nervous. Excited. 😳😬
Remember to do things that scare you. Sometimes the future can be daunting and feel so far away. Remember to take it day by day, set small goals & conquer. 👊🏽👊🏽
