Seated 1 Arm KB Clean. These are a little more awkward in the seated potion but still a good way to work on the component parts of this exercise with hip hinging and catching the KB at the top of the movement. Make to catch the KB in the rack position with forearm parallel to sternum.

LOW SQUAT FOOT JUMPS

Talk about an explosive HIIT session. This exercise will get your heart rate up fast and give some extra focus & training on core & hip flexor control. 
Hold on to a pole or beam for assistance. Sit back with long slightly bent arms. Torso tall. Hips at parallel to knees or lower towards heels. Shin angles vertical (straight up & down).
The key is to concentrate on bringing your knees up off the ground close as possible to your chest. Do this repetitively. Stay on balls of feet not while foot. Only part that moves are thighs. 
30 jumps ( takes 10 sec) & 20 seconds off for total or 5 minutes

We have had the pleasure of training with Loz for many years and this girl is class. She is strong despite many life challenges thrown at her, and this only shone through even more after April last year.
.
Nine months. Yep, only nine months ago, this superstar was training hard ready to race in Port Mac IM. If you had ever swam with this girl, you would know She isn’t just another triathlete, she is true talent.
.
However, in a freak accident (there really is no other word for it), she came off her bike and hit the guard rail. Immediately unable to feel her legs, she was given a 1% chance of walking again. After months of rehab, Loz was back in the pool in no time and out swimming me immediately.
.
Her first race was over the weekend and if selectors get it right, she may have just landed herself a place at the Comm Games. Second place in her first race and this result despite having her best leg cancelled.

Loz, I wore our #wearewithyouloz knicks on my ride this morning to celebrate an incredible performance.
