Athlete Performance 90 (AP90 for short) will help you hone your craft on the pitch while making you faster, stronger, and more explosive. Our unique training method provides a similar environment to how a game feels to help you prepare to be at your best for every 90 minutes.

Little talk on drills...LOVE cone drills when done for a purpose... but you need to ADD reaction training and practice sprinting and driving on the ball for more then 2-3 yards sometimes. Look at game tapes and how far DB’s and LB’s have to run AFTER they break on them all or play. LOW SQUAT FOOT JUMPS
Talk about an explosive HIIT session. This exercise will get your heart rate up fast and give some extra focus & training on core & hip flexor control.
Hold on to a pole or beam for assistance. Sit back with long slightly bent arms. Torso tall. Hips at parallel to knees or lower towards heels. Shin angles vertical (straight up & down).
The key is to concentrate on bringing your knees up off the ground close as possible to your chest. Do this repetitively. Stay on balls of feet not while foot. Only part that moves are thighs.
30 jumps ( takes 10 sec) & 20 seconds off for total or 5 minutes
