I am fascinated about people's morning & evening routines, diving into the way people who are living as their h i g h e r self prep themselves for the day ahead & unwind from day just been • This interested was sparked from @melissaambrosini podcast where she dives into these questions of empowering people • It led me to evaluate my very own morning & evening routines, to see the areas I was lacking and what I could do enhance these rituals • My mornings consist of Wake Up > jump into my workout gear > drink a glass of room temp water + a mug of warm water + slippery elm > brush my teeth > scrape my tongue > workout > breakfast > roasted dandy > set intentions for the day • Not all mornings look like this as life happens, but I know this routine feeds my body what it needs • • MOVEMENT • WARMTH • GRATITUDE • FOCUS • • Start with the little things, little but often • #higherself#melissaamborsinipodcast#ayurveda

Today I am especially grateful to have a wonderful, loving husband who is my best friend. For my amazing son, who is bright, sweet, and smart as a whip. To look out my kitchen window and see my horses happily at home in our beautiful pasture.
