48 cupcakes I made last night for April's friends & teachers at school only 3 came home and I'm guessing the teachers were wanting to leave one for myself Mia & April for tonight at home 🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂sooooo proud of April as in front of the whole school at assembly April was wished a happy birthday !! (I did prepare her this morning that she may be the centre of attention today so to be relaxed and enjoy) 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 I was a tiny bit worried it'd cause a meltdown 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼Also when I picked her up a group of students wanted to again sing her HB that was a total of 4 at school ❤️❤️ everybody in all years know April she's more popular than @lifeoftuddy 🤣🤣🤣🤣 #autismproud#autismmum 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Having a side of salad with most meals is a great way to get your veggie consumption up ✔️ This is left over organic roast chicken salad with hemp seeds, capsicum, alfalfa sprouts, roquette, parsley, Spanish onion and fermented purple cabbage. Dressed in Jimalie VCO and lemon! 🍋
Amen!!! Guurl. Unless I’m doing a before/after to really show progress, I’m all about the angles and filters. Nobody *wants* to show their janky side. Lol!! The truth is, as 💯percent as I like to be, I also like showing up as my best. I like being positive. I like spreading inspiration and love. So sometimes I’m going to need some filters slapped on my tired mama face and that’s a-okay. I’m still me. 😍😘 Be-YOUtiful. 🙌🏻
It's scientifically proven that gratitude changes our brain. When you are struggling with anxiety, instead of focusing on those negative thoughts, just keep focusing on gratitude. I learned from a friend that when you feel sad, force yourself to smile. Hold it for as long as you can, then repeat. It can change patterns in your brain pathways (fake it till you make it). I know it's hard at times managing a different type of child, but you've been given this child for a reason. They have chosen you as they have something to teach you in this life. Your spirit knows the answer, which is why I'm so passionate about helping mamas to meditate. When our minds are quiet, our soul awakens and then we can be guided to the answers that we seek. If you haven't downloaded my free guided meditation yet, the link to my blog is in my bio @susyparker_ #namaste#amen 🙏🏼🙏🏼 📸 @kim_mellor
Here's a little bit of intro to our daughter's story. \\ Our little ray of sunshine was born in July 2013. I had the most stress free pregnancy throughout. She was born a healthy bouncy baby girl at 40+1 with a normal birth weight. Latched on immediately after birth and sucked like she's been hungry all her life lol. Grows to become the happiest and most friendly little girl you'll ever meet from birth till about 14 months old. At 14 months, she had an ear infection which stressed her so much that she lost some weight.
We started getting worried when we noticed her 'withdrawing', coupled with the fact that she wasn't really saying any words or phrases at the time.

So I don’t advocate drugs in kids but with ASD & ADHD they are a nesessary evil at times. Blake is on prescription melatonin to combat the effects of his day time vyvanse, without it he wouldn’t sleep. But the downside is that melatonin is expensive and has to be compounded (about $90 for 30 days supply) so I ordered some natural melatonin from iherb online it has cost me $8 for two months worth and for the first time ever, Blake got up this morning and made his own bed. The OCD part of me wants to remake it... but the parenting part of me is super proud 😁😁😁 #winning#autism#morningtime#bedmaking#dontletthisend#schoolmornings#autismmum#mumofboys
Tonight, we have been busy organising boxes ready to start packing! The first thing Stanley said when he woke up this morning? “I’m so excited to move to our new house!” 💛 We have had a tough few days with this little guy... most of which have stemmed from changes to routine (so moving house could be tricky!). He was really excited for Pumpkin picking yesterday, but when we got there it was all too much. Today, we had a trip to the dentist... but despite lots of preparation, it was still a bit much for him. The dentist was absolutely incredible with him though, and we certainly wouldn’t have got as far as we did without him.
New video blog is up (link in bio) ❤️I have a very exciting message to share with you this week. I'm going to start sharing my essential oils journey with you, and I'm going to incorporate them into my sister circles here in Perth and through online webinars for all the people that I connect with worldwide.
I've always shared the oils that we use, but until now I haven't given people the option to buy the oils from me, and to be supported through their new journey. I'm incredibly passionate about helping families transform their lives and to learn to live, love & laugh with ADHD. ......to find out more, head to the my bio @susyparker_ 🙏🏼❤️🙌🏻

I am passionate about supporting the ADHD community. I am passionate about helping parents with ADHD. I am passionate about helping ADHD children. I am passionate, because I have ADHD.
I do not have an attention deficit brain, I do not have a hyperactivity disorder, that's just a made name by a bunch of dudes! I am human being with a soul and a spirit and passion for helping people break free of the self/limiting beliefs that society has put upon us. I'm going to be sharing some exciting stuff in this weeks blog! We only have two more days left of 'ADHD awareness month'. If I can teach you anything, it's this....ADHD isn't a disability, ADHD is just a different way to be. I believe with the right tools, support, connection and love, ADHD can be a gift, not a curse. I'm living proof of this and so is my daughter. Peace, love and light to you 💜💜 To buy a copy of my book; Saving Sarah: learning to live, love & laugh with ADHD - www.susyparker.com
F i d g e t l a p p a d : A friend's mom made this for us. Isn't she clever? It's sometimes helpful for calming/zone out time but we've found our son really needs to have something else going at the same time (say listening to an audio book). The other day it was clutch after a good sized tantrum and his mood was still in dangerous territory. 50 minutes of the Pinkalicious Audio Collection + fidget pad + mama in eyesight got us into safer territory.
Thankyou! Thanks for being my furriend and supporting my sons dream. His 3 loves are Munchkin, Lego and Xbox being autistic is hard for us all. Having Munchkin and this page helps him enormously. It makes him happy to see how well Munchkin is doing and he paid for Munchkin’s Birthday cake. He give his life purpose and meaning. Munchkin is an excellent Threrapy Dog. Thanks to everyone who made this mage what it is. Special thanks to all the amazing shops we support and chose me to represent then #autism#autismmum#assistancedog#autismawareness#modeldog#dogmodel#instagramdogs
Dude. If you had told me, years ago, that one day I’d look at my training calendar and see a 10 mile run and KNOW I would finish it....well, I would have thought you were insane. Heck, if you’d told me I would be following a training calendar for ANY type of race, I would have laughed. 😂 •
And, yet, here I am, rehydrating after a 10+ mile run. 👟 I wasted so much of my life believing the lies my own insecure mind was telling me-that I wasn’t athletic, I wasn’t anything special, I’d never do anything extraordinary. How sad is that? 😞 •
But, the thing is, I’m not alone. So many people struggle with those same insecurities! If you’re reading this, perhaps you are one of them. •
Well, I’m here to tell you, you CAN do it. It takes belief in yourself, determination, and a whole lot of accountability and support. •
Whether you’re starting something for the first time, getting back into it after a long time off, or just struggling to get started everyday. If you’ve been thinking of getting started but need some help in one or more of those areas, I’ve got the tools to help you succeed. There’s an option for you, regardless of your fitness level. And, some are even FREE!
I’d love to celebrate those milestone moments with you when you achieve your goals. Because, you WILL! So, shoot me a message or click on this link in my profile 👆👆👆to connect ! ✌️
Mango Pudding 🍌
My kids love these pots of sunshine for school ☀️ •1 ripe sweet mango
•2 ripe bananas •1/2 cup coconut water -Blended till a creamy texture.... This is seriously yummy and so decadent in texture...
This sweet boy finally started school last Thursday. Even though I’m a little sad that he has to go to school in a different district, I’m so happy he had a great first two days. So tomorrow will begin his first full week of school and I couldn’t be more proud of this kid. Love you Chasey💕 #momentslikethese#autismmommy
NUTS...yup they drive me absolutely and completely NUTS!! .
But I couldn't imagine my world without them!! They are the reason that I get up every day and give my all and a little bit more! .
As a mom, there is never a moment of calmness even when he is at school or they are sleeping. There are always things to do - things on my mind - things that need to get done......And because of them I have made sure that my health comes first. .
I made FITNESS my BUSINESS because I was able to help myself stay accountable while helping others and on top of all of that, give my kids a good example of putting their health first. .
WHAT'S YOUR WHY? .
I want to know what drives you...
I am looking for 20 driven people this month to mentor and teach them everything I have learned.
So... •If you want to make fitness and nutrition a priority in your life •If you already love health and fitness and want a bigger platform to help others • If you love social media • If you love sharing and inspiring others • If you want to work from home or even do something on the side while working outside of the home • If you want to help others improve their lives and reach their goals • If you want to learn how to become healthy in all areas of your life • If you are positive and optimistic • If you want more out of life and not afraid to work for it....
Then I want you on MY team!! I would love to get to know you and talk to you about your goals and dreams!
I am looking for those who want to take off running and I'll be helping push you to the top!
If you want more info, like my post or say "curious" and I'll get you all the deets!!!!
God I love these kids so much!
It’s been a fab weekend, hanging with my boys on Saturday and then OUT out for the first time in over 2 years for my girl’s 30th birthday. Had a blast, danced and laughed and thoroughly enjoyed myself. ❤️ Of course Max decided to get up not long after I came home- I had a feeling it would happen as I wasn’t here to put him to bed, but it gave me time to catch up on xfactor and drink a fair amount of water. 💃🏼👍🏼 I may have been slightly delicate this morning, but by midday all was well other than my pelvis being Very Angry at me for dancing last night. Oh, and my period showed up! 😂🙈 It’s been a chilled out day at home here, had a wee visit from my bestie after she’d been away all holiday, and all that’s left to do is get things ready for school tomorrow and bath Max. 🛁
How has your weekend been? 😘
Success of the weekend. We went out en masse to the shops and Jude even confessed to be having a great time! Convinced him to wear his gorgeous @lovemillieclothing hoody which he now loves 😊 Win:win.
How was your weekend?
Just found this on my phone!! Love this kid!!! (I wasn't saying that before as I slumped on the sofa and had a little cry)...you hear me mamas!! This parenting shit is hard 😂😂But this video makes me smile!! Love my little ADHD star!! 🌟🌟🌟
Thank you to this beautiful lady for sending me this message. My passion is ADHD, but it's also very important that we realise as parents that 1 in 3 children (and adults) and misdiagnosed with ADHD every year. ADHD is often the 'blanket' diagnosis but not enough research is done. Seren was diagnosed in 45 mins and we were sent home with a prescription for Ritalin. She's just been diagnosed with dyslexia and the Pysch that she didn't feel Seren had ADHD. The spect scan (which this lady is talking about) showed the Seren (and I) had too much theta (brain wave) which demonstrated that we both probably have ADHD. However, both the doctor and myself feel that something is going on with Seren's gut which is affecting her concentration. I'm super excited to interview Dr Natalia Challis this week where we will discuss brain waves, gut health, plus she'll be giving advice to parents and sharing her incredible knowledge. Experts aren't looking at the individual cases. They aren't looking, really looking into what could be going on with that child or adult. Do you homework, go with your guts, listen to your intuition 👊🏻🙏🏼🙌🏻❤️
When James was diagnosed I felt our immediate circles absence.
No one asked us if we were ok.
No one acknowledged the diagnosis.
We had just been smacked in the face with a label and we were swimming in a new stream.
We were sad.
We were incredibly stressed and we were overwhelmed by therapists, specialists and paperwork.
I turned to social media, a move many didn't like.
I needed help, support and guidance.
I found it here.
I needed to have a voice, the future me needed to help others.
I had a lot of hate in my soul for the ignorance that surrounded us.
Today I don't.
This journey has shown me that every pain and angst comes from within.
I can't change the people around me, I can only control my response.
Today I live in peace.
I surround myself in love and teach my babies the same.
It's still a struggle. The world is full of ignorance.
But we all awaken.
We all wake at different times ❤✌🏻🙏🏻👁
