I love @true_food_kitchen They have delicious food that is good for you too! Their kale guacamole is so yummy! 😋 It has chunks of grapefruit that add a nice citrus note to the creamy avocado.

I’m trying to show you my homemade butternut squash soup. And highlight all of the healthy things... you know like how I made the squash in my live video the other day, how easy the soup was to make and topping it with avocado (gotta meet my daily requirement), etc. .
Aaaaaaand..... meanwhile, he’s trying to show you the chocolate 🍫 that he snagged in the two seconds that I turned my back to get something off the counter. .
Oh and I do need to add that it’s my FAVORITE chocolate of all time. And the whole bar fell on the floor. 😩 And yes, I will still be eating it (#5secondrule ). 😜
Clearly, I need a new hiding spot for my chocolate. 😉 Where do you stash your treats from your littles?! I need ideas!! 🗝
DIET F*CKIN' AVOCADO? Excuse my language but what else is this society going to create to help promote more eating disorders?
So now there is a "Light Avocado" on the market 🤦🏼♀️ and the sad thing is that I know people are going to fall for it as once again marketing will take advantage of people's insecurities and make them spend money on something they don't need for a "problem" they don't have.
Avocado is high in fat, YES. But in the other hand offers you 20 vitamins and minerals, high in fibre and low in sugar. And plus, WE NEED FAT!
The fat-soluble vitamins will be better absorbed by the body - vitamin A, K, E and D!
Again. All in moderation.
But please don't buy into this BS ok?🤓
