A very high prana fuel for your body. food  should be digested without much resistance and should provide maximum  pranic energy . winter melon or ash gourd or petha is food with highest pranavalue . beetroot and capsicum are postiveprana and filling. coriander leaves are blood purifier . soaked groundnut  contains all the essential nutrients required by the body and do not aggravate pitta. Onion and garlic are negativeprana hence are to be avoided. Tomato and potato are zeroprana hence of not much use either. Chilly is poison so don't use it for these 9days. Add lemon juice , Himalayan pink salt ginger and balsamicvinegar and your perfect #detoxfood is ready .

I remember my Pom Pom coach told us to sit in splits while the commercials came on as we were watching TV. 😂 I’m being a bit kinder to my body and letting the ego drop nowadays. Did you know? Most powdered cinnamon sold at stores is super processed, which dilutes nutrients. The cinnamon loses its natural oils and sometimes flour is even added to stop caking! Not to mention- that cinnamon can be stored for a lonnggggg time which means it also loses that good flavor! If you want super fresh cinnamon, try grinding your own from cinnamon sticks in a coffee grinder or a @vitamix. Mmmm this stuff is so fresh. I’m putting it in allllll the fall things. Happy Fall 🍁🍂

What is PH balance, and how can you benefit from maintaining a healthy PH balance?

Our body is approximately 20 percent acidic and 80 percent alkaline. Normally, the kidneys maintain our electrolyte levels (calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium). Autism and Acupuncture

The School of Chinese Medicine (SCM) of Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) conducted a clinical observation of scalp acupuncture treatment for 68 children with autism. The findings indicated that 66 patients have shown improvements after treatment, resulting in an overall efficacy rate of 97%. Results:
-51 patients (75%) showed significantly reduced symptoms -15 patients (22%) stated treatment is effective
-2 patients (3%) stated treatment is ineffective

Les quería comentar que voy a incluir un poquito de Ayurveda en el taller de meditación. Vamos a hacer algunos ejercicios para identificar el dosha de cada persona y compartir con ustedes algunos alimentos más recomendados o cuáles evitar según la medicina hindú para Vata, Pitta o Kappha, así como algunas Asanas de Yoga más indicadas a cada dosha, para facilitar su práctica de meditación (no vamos a profundizarnos en Yoga, porque el enfoque será aprender a meditar)! Muchas personas comentan que les cuesta concentrarse y lo que aprendí es que lo que comemos influye muchísimo en ese proceso. Hola futur@s meditadores 💚 Les quería comentar que voy a incluir un poquito de Ayurveda en el taller de meditación. Vamos a hacer algunos ejercicios para identificar el dosha de cada persona y compartir con ustedes algunos alimentos más recomendados o cuáles evitar según la medicina hindú para Vata, Pitta o Kappha, así como algunas Asanas de Yoga más indicadas a cada dosha, para facilitar su práctica de meditación (no vamos a profundizarnos en Yoga, porque el enfoque será aprender a meditar)! Located throughout your body, joints play a key role in your mobility and overall well-being. While a variety of factors can affect your joints, such as injuries, inflammation, muscle atrophy, and overuse, there are things that you can do to protect your joints and prevent degeneration. The following lifestyle recommendations could help keep your joints healthy for as long as possible.

Do daily physical activity. Movement increases the circulation of synovial fluid (a liquid that protects and lubricates joints) and nutrients through joints and strengthens bones and muscles—which, in turn, protects your joints. It is best to include stretching and strengthening in your exercise routine.

Maintain good posture. Sitting with a straight spine while in front of a computer screen or driving, using an ergonomic chair, wearing flat shoes rather than high heels, and carrying your book bag or purse with the weight balanced equally on each shoulder can go a long way in protecting your joints. Poor posture can misalign your bones and put unnecessary strain on your joints.

Manage your weight. Just 5 kgs of extra body weight can increase the force on your knee by 10 to 30 kgs with every step you take. Shedding extra pounds through exercise and a healthy diet can not only prevent future knee problems—it can also help reduce pain if osteoarthritis has already developed in your knees.

Exercise safely. While staying active is important, it is possible to push your body too much. Moderate your activity levels. カルダモンと生姜で炊いたバスマティライス

根菜スープは、アーユルヴェーダで習った色々を取り込んで。
ギーでスパイスを炒めて、ひき割りひよこ豆、ウラド豆、香味野菜とさいの目切りにした色々野菜を加えて炒めて、お湯を注いで煮込みます🎃
味付けは塩だけ、簡単な野菜スープも風味豊かなご馳走に。

La receta viene con nuestra infusión "Love", que tiene 6 flores: manzanilla, tilo, flores de sauco, caléndula, rosa, lavanda y un poco de regaliz.

Primero que todo, se deja la bolsita en 1/2 taza de agua caliente hasta que se enfría completamente. 
Luego hay que licuar:
1/2 taza de infusión "Love"
1/2 taza de leche de almendras
1/2 taza de papaya (o durazno)
1 plátano chico maduro
5 frutillas
Una cda de sirope de agave

Las increíbles propiedades curativas de la albahaca
La albahaca se considera una de las hierbas más saludables. La vitamina K favorece la coagulación de la sangre; la vitamina A es antioxidante y protege a las células y los vasos sanguíneos de los radicales libres. Esto ayuda a prevenir el colesterol , la arteriosclerosis, los ataques cardíacos y los accidentes cerebrovasculares.

Um dos maiores elogios que já recebi, é que minha filha tem um organismo ayurvedico....bom, o que isso quer dizer? Que sua digestão é boa, sua eliminação tbm, que seus olhos brilham, entre outras coisas mais.
