All you need is...
Ghee ( 1 teaspoon) 
Mustard seeds ( 1/2 teaspoon)
Cumin seeds (1/2 teaspoon)
Ginger ( a tsp fresh chopped)
Chilli green 1
Carrots ( grated, one bowl)
Cauliflower( half, boiled florets)
Lemon ( few drops)
Salt 
Pepper 
Desiccated coconut flakes  Method: Take a pan, add ghee, to that add mustard & cumin seeds.. thereafter add ginger & green chilli, finally add grated carrots & boiled cauliflower florets with some salt & pepper ...& just squeeze some lemon juice on top & plate it ;) and I like to add desiccated coconut on top with some fresh coriander leaves.... Did some serieus gardening today. I digged out some plants and gave them a better spot and took some weeds out. Now I feel every muscle in my body. Great workout and connecting with nature! Feels like spring is in the air🌤!

ЖИЛИ ДОЛГО И СЧАСТЛИВО. Еще 200-300 лет назад люди иначе относились к долголетию. Тогда длинной считалась жизнь продолжительностью 40-50 лет. Сейчас долгожителями называют людей в возрасте 90 лет и старше.

Существуют объективные факторы, которые влияют на процессы старения: экология, стрессы, климат. Однако огромное значение имеет и то, как сам человек заботится о своем теле. Речь о гигиене, физических тренировках, ментальной работе и, конечно же, питании. Каждая частица пищи, попадающая в наш организм, становится его частью. Ферментная система работает так, что и яблоко и кусок мяса будут расщеплены и встроены в ткани тела. Вопрос в том, каким будет влияние усвоенного продукта на работу внутренних органов и систем тела человека.

Употребление в пищу большого количества животного белка, в особенности красного мяса, приводит к образованию свободных радикалов. Они способны повреждать клетки организма и даже приводить к онкологическим заболеваниям.

Именно поэтому важно помнить о необходимости антиоксидантов, которые нейтрализуют негативное воздействие свободных радикалов. «Спасатели» находят поврежденные свободными радикалами клетки и делятся с ними электронами, восстанавливая их работоспособность. Антиоксиданты содержатся в свежей растительной пище, иногда допускается небольшая термическая обработка продуктов паром.

Вспомните: жители Востока всегда едят мясные блюда, но не меньше – свежие овощи и зелень. Такое питание позволяет им жить долго и быть здоровыми. В питании осознанность и ответственность за свое здоровье. Если вы употребляете в пищу мясо, то не забывайте позаботиться о том, чтобы помочь организму нейтрализовать вредные вещества, которые всегда будут образовываться при этом. Добавьте в рацион зелень.

Day 10 @oneworldayurveda and half-way through the Pancha Karma process. Yesterday was a full detox day so nothing but rice and Dal to eat oh and enemas (stop saying enema!) which were fine.. errr! So far I'd say that my head feels calmer and clearer every day which is really great but physically I’m bloated and my face is covered in bumps, apparently this is the ‘healing crisis’ as toxins are released into the body. The last two days of silent time have actually been quite pleasant, mostly stayed in my room to read, contemplate life (haha) and fight off cravings for chocolate & cake by drinking loads of the house detox tea.. not the same as a Toblerone.. someone get me a TOBLERONE! Or perhaps… this very tasty Pineapple Muffin we had the other day, no sugar apart from the pineapple. 
Recipe: makes 6
250g Rice Flour 
250g Almond Flour
60ml or 1/4 cup pineapple juice
1tbsp ghee or coconut oil
1 small fresh pineapple cored and cut into small cubes 
A handful fresh strawberries to garnish 
1/2tsp salt 
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 190/375 and line muffin tin.
In a large bowl mix together everything apart from the strawberries. 
Beat the batter well for a couple minutes, it should be fairly thick. If needed at a tiny bit more juice.
Divide equally amongst the cups with each about 3/4 full. 
Bake for 20/25 or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and serve with sliced strawberries and mint on top. 
This was served to us with warm cinnamon apple sauce but a good old cup of joe would be ace too.

Quick Easy Reed Avocado Snack 🥑🥑🥑 via @rasaeats 
I starting seeing Reed Avocados at the Irvine Farmer’s market. I am sooo excited because Reed avocado are my favorite kind of avocado! First, it’s HUGE! LOL – and it’s SUPER CREAMY like butter. You can use avocado to make so many different recipes but one of my quick healthy snack is a Stuffed Reed Avocado.

I cut the avocado in half, taking the seed out. Sprinkle some salt, then stuff the avocado with micro greens. Sprinkle 1/2 – 1 tblsp of nutritional yeast, then eat it with a spoon. You can spray some liquid aminos on top if you like. So satisfying and nutritious! Gluten and dairy free!

Looking back to my childhood, I was quite lucky to play outside. We learnt so much about the nature...bugs, plants, animals...etc. Now, all grown up for some time already I feel sad what is going on in the world. Children nowadays don't even know what chicken is or how vegetables get on the table. Whenever you get a small cut, burn you rush to put on some chemicals. When i was a child we simply went to the garden picked few leaves from the ground and put it in the wound. We knew all about these simple home remedies. We have to start pushing schools to start teaching more about food, home remedies and how to keep our planet safe.🌍🗺

Bei mir dürfen Beilagen wie Hummus, Chutney oder Raita zu keinem Gericht fehlen ☝️ RAITA ist eine Joghurtsauce, die vor allem zu scharfen Gerichten passt aufgrund ihrer kühlenden Wirkung. Ich bin eigentlich kein großer Fan von Kümmel, aber geröstet und in Kombination mit Tomate liebe ich es!! Immer etwas Honig dazu, das hebt die schleimbildende Tendenz von Joghurt auf und macht es bekömmlicher. Für die vegane Variante eignet sich z.B. Kokonuss-, Soja-, oder Cashewjoghurt. But as I’m doing the numbers I realized woohaaa I certainly did something. 15 workshops in 8 different cities and three different continents, worked with over a 100 people almost 50 of which were private clients and most of which were over Skype (thank you technology. So GRATEFUL for sharing this incredible knowledge and unlocking the possibility of people taking control of their own health! May I reach an even bigger audience in 2018 and help people find their balance with ease and freedom. ❤️🙏🏽First workshop of the year is tomorrow @camarilloyogacenter

Theobroma cacao is the source of original, natural chocolate. It comes from the seeds of the fruit of the cacao tree. What most of us think of as chocolate contains no pure cacao at all — which means it does not contain the nutrient-packed phytochemicals that greatly benefit our bodies.

I absolutely love Tofu in a crumble consistency as in smaller chunks it is much more rich in flavor. Sautéed with onion, garlic and mixed with toasted walnuts and paste made of Miso paste, Balsamic vinegar & Tomato purée

Spinach sauce is done by blending all raw ingredients in a blender and then cooked for 15 min.  Coconut milk, Cashews, Ginger, Garlic, Chili, Tomatoes, pungent Masala, Cinnamon & drizzle of Maple syrup.

A warm and nutritious drink for those recovering from the flu or something to warm you up on a cold winter day - beef liver + ginger broth. Lots of iron and other nutrients from the fresh beef liver. Just cut into chunks and let sit in tap cold water for a few minutes. Change that water a few times. This rinses our the blood and reduces amount of scum later. Ginger root warms the body. Cut ginger roots into thin slices. Put the two into a pot of water and boil + a bit of salt to taste. Bring to boil then let simmer for about 15 minutes and remove the scum if any. Then u have this beautiful, delicious broth to enjoy. Doesn’t taste like liver at all in case u don’t like liver.  Memories of my childhood enjoying a cup of this special brew by my mom.
